Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: some of the information in the business response is incorrect I have contacted Panera and its franchise at least times I have never received a returned call that I was promised from the franchise I am requesting that Panera respond to my complaint in a professional manner and take the right steps in resolving the issue as a world-wide business that it holds itself out to be I am not as concerned about the $as much as the way this complaint has been handled and the conditions of the Panera I went to Not once have I received any apology for the conditions and am still waiting on their management to do the right thing Sincerely, [redacted]
