It is our priority to deliver excellent products and services to our clients and to ensure customer satisfactionAt our last encounter Mrs*** reported a leak at her home on January 16, to which we immediately responded to and also coordinated a time to repair the leak with her daughter who lives
at the propertyOur technician showed up to the property at the scheduled time, made his recommended repairs and since we have heard nothing further from Mrs***Occasionally, we come across leaks that are less obvious, tricky or maybe coming from a different place altogether and in these cases it is possible that it will take a few attempts to resolveIf we are unable to repair or find the source of the leak, we typically send out a manager or owner to as and make recommendations for resolutionWe have been very responsive to the homeowner and have made no indication that we would not follow through with our commitment to resolve her leakWe would be happy to set up an appointment with a manager to address her concerns and to come up with a solution that is suitablePlease call our main office to set up a time at your earliest convenience, we look forwards to settling this matter. I am rejecting this response because:  Yes, they have come out three times in 6 months to do the repairs, unfortunately the repairs that they have done have not worked on the new roof that they installed.   I think the work that was done was not done professionally or appropriately and as a result of the leaks after the roof was replaced (which there is a 10 year warranty), I have interior damage to the ceiling and walls.  These repairs  should be paid for by the roofer.  I have had repairs done after the roof was initially installed because I felt the roof wouldn't leak anymore; but it is leaking more now than before the roof was replaced.  I want the roofer to be aware that I am very dissatisfied with the workmanship.  I also mentioned these issues of the interior repairs and Paul indicated that this was not their problem.  The owner can call me to schedule repair of the roof (the worker that came out stated that he would come back and put silicone by the canales as the roof was cracked!  and also the interior repairs of our walls and ceiling and also the possibility of mold as of result of the leaks after the roof was replaced.  The water was dripping behind our built-in microwave and oven.  They are welcome to call me regarding these issues at ###-###-####.If this is not resolved, I will file a complaint with the City of Albuquerque as they are a licensed contractor.  I feel I have been very patient and it is very frustrating that when you pay such a substantial amount of money to a licensed contractor, they should be qualified.I feel that I am not being unreasonable considering the circumstances. Sincerely [redacted]

We have contacted the homeowner by phone and have made arrangements to meet in person and as the roof and address any additional concerns.
