Where do I start, I know the bill I got for a service call that barely on equipment that I'm shocked was faulty, my technician who was super awesome, I wish he ran the company, he couldn't say what made it faulty, which I also wanted to add I had to call back the same day to have it serviced again because it would go off when I set it and open my door so I couldn't leave my houseLets also add how the alarm when off gave me the scare of my life I had to leave my job, nerves a wreck, and police never call, was never checked on until I called in, oh let me not forget the police never showed also, filed a complaint there also, but I was recommended this company and they were given high praise but my experience has not been great, so I have come to the conclusion its only for maybe certain or favorite customers but I regret the day I signed up and relish in the day my contract will be up and I can find a new companySincerely, A very disappointed customer!
