The staff at this fairly new store was extremely friendly, courteous, concerned and knowledgeable They answered all our questions concerning the care and bonding of the two sugar gliders we purchased there They are a USDA certified business and took care of all the required government paperwork I would recommend this store if you are in the market for an exotic pet
Early this year, I purchased a skunk from Panhandle Exotics. I have wanted one for 30 years. The owners were amazing. They spent time explaining pros and cons to me, multiple times that I went in there. They showed me how to get the proper permit, and located a vet for me. After waiting a few months, I got my baby. Two months after getting him, he had rectal prolapse, which looks like intestines coming out of the rectum. I was beside myself. Although it was late and on a weekend, I sent Chris a message on Facebook. He calmed me down and told me to take him to the vet. They did surgery. A few days later, Chris called to check on us. This is a man who CARES about these animals. Several months later, my skunk is fully recovered with no problems and I couldn't be happier!
