took golfcart to get repaired wouldn't start put in overprice parts igniter and coil charging 420 dollars which should be about 200 dollars for both parts did not call me about the parts and costs after asking they said the 200 dollar price is after market parts and they used oem primary parts I said I wish you would have asked me that so I could see what I was up against then they said the cart was wired wrong even though it has been running good for 2 yrs then they said my clutch wasn't working right which it was working fine owner said mechanic beat on clutch with hammer to make it engage better now the cart is hard to get started, runs slower than before, and making a whirling noise and hard to get it to go also delivered it with a blown back light which was fine before called and they wont respond back total bill was 770.40 absolutely ridiculous and theft in my book can get a new engine for that amount please advise also did not give me an invoice on the bill

When I picked up the cart it would not run had to be pushed on trailer. Wiring was all messed up fixed that. Then realized the coil and igniter were bad so I replaced them. Cart will run but the clutch was froze up form sitting for some time. so I tried to free it up best I could. Because customer did not want to buy a new one. On 7/30/2020 at 1:00 pm I picked cart back up because customer asked me to cart is at my shop now. Cart will not run right with out a new clutch.
I also have part numbers to show that the parts were not over priced.

mechanic said the whole cart had to be rewired I asked why? as it has been running good for over 2 yrs after him and I concurred it must be a short typical of those carts in the ignitor said the gas pedal was wired backwards I said so how did it run for 2 yrs he said I don't know clutch was fine when they picked it up he said it was froze up I said maybe from sitting in your shop yard in the weather for over 2 wks I looked up the parts and they were about 89 dollars a piece when I checked on it about thurs the 29th they said they had to beat on clutch with a hammer and dump oil,spray etc. to free it up any mechanic knows you cant dump oil on a clutch and I smelled gas when they tried to start it which took a long time to start that appears to be a new problem and now my fuel filter looks like honey on it they got mad that I contacted Revdex.com and just dropped it off and said they are done with it took advantage of a elderly handicapped man in my book I just want my money back its ridiculous so now it wont start or go into gear how can someone stay in business doing people like that its obvious they don't know what they are doing
The cart needs a new clutch end of story. We had nothing to do with it freezing up. No money will be given back because of labor and parts.

no resolution getting 2nd opinion still want a refund drove it one time and wont start said they would fix it if I retracted Revdex.com complaint
