I was subscribing for a free trail and gave my credit card details as required but then an error message appearedI didn´t tried to subscribe anymore and last month, when I received my card bill on ***, I saw a charge of $99,in my credit card as if I passed the trial period of days and upgraded to a full membership I contacted the company and they told me there was a bug and they would refund me the amount, but so far I didn´t receive anything

My subscription was renewed without my authorizationWhen I called they said they tried to contact me times to try to get a renewalSince I did not respond, the called "somebody" in the officeI am the authorized credit card holder, not the "somebody" they say they spoke to in the office I called for a refund and they said they could not cancel, that the account had been used recentlyI was not aware of when the expiration date wasI assumed it would just stop working since, I did not renew I stated that a prorated refund going forward would be fine, the refusedI asked to speak to a manager and they said he was in a meeting I have subscribed to this service for years, I did not expect this type of customer service
