I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I just read their response which is far different from what actually happened They did not mention and figure other than their hourly rate The plumber improperly supported the portion ofF the pipe above the damaged portion which led to the upstairs toilet to leak, "blaming it on an old toilet and seal" The bathroom was remodeled years before The plumber was in such a hurry to get out, he left a part to his grinder as well as a new roll of plumbers strapping He NEVER cleaned up anything I cut my hand on a sharp piece of the pipe he broke with a hammer in order to get it out I subsequently found out the pipe was not properly set back into the wall as the old one was requiring the wpentire wall to be shimmed out I never received any receipt for the work Thank you

Our original ballpark quote to do the work was between $1000 and $1500.  We explained our  charges are for time spent and materials used.  This was for direct replacement of a section of stack line on main level of home.    On completion the bill was much less that the...

original quote.  An error was discovered in the pricing and our company immediately called and  explained this to  the homeowner.  Mrs. said she would come in an swap out the checks, and she never came in to do that.  (We held the check for a few days)  Upon clearing of her check with the bank, a refund will be issued to the homeowner.  All debris was cleaned up in the area we were working in. Without our knowledge, it is possible that something fell thru the floor into the basement.  When Mr. reported this to us, he already had cleaned it up.
