I finally found a free week to get my concealed weapon permitInitially went to ***'s since it was so close to my houseThey charged me $which I payed but when I asked what date/time the course would be, the salesman bluntly said "check our website." I went on ***'s website where it clearly stated "Courses are Tuesday at 6:00pm English and at 2:pm Spanish and last about one hour." I went to ***'s that Tuesday at 6PM and told them I was there for the CCW courseThen the guy said, "oh we are not having any courses today." When I asked why, he said that they started doing their courses on a different dayWhen I pointed out what it said on his website which clearly stated that the class was that day, he said "OH, NO ONE UPDATES OUR WEBSITE ANYMORE, YOU SHOULD HAVE CALLED AHEAD." I was so upset that I requested to speak to a manager for a refund since I would not take the course for the disrespect and disorganization ***'s hasI asked to speak to the manager, who was oddly not there that day, instead some kid denied giving me a refund but when I threatened to speak to the manager when/if he finally gets there, he gave me my $backDesperate to get my CCW that week, I found Pantera which was nearbyFirst of all it was cheaper, $for the courseThey scheduled my appointment that Thursday nightI took it which lasted just a few hoursThe instructors treated me well and made sure I could operate the firearm competentlyI finished shooting that night and by the next morning, I went in to pick up my certificateI also scheduled an appointment with the Licensing Office of Miami Dade to get my concealed weapon permitThey had an opening that week and after hour, all my paperwork was submitted and I received my permit that month! I want to thank ***, ***, and another employee, forgot her name, for treating me well and not trying to scam me like at ***'sI also appreciate them taking the time to make sure I knew how to shoot accurately and use my gun safelyPantera's course took about hours***'s told me the course would take about an hour, would be nice to see how those incompetent individuals give a 1-hour courseThank you PANTERA GUNS!!!

After looking to buy a handgun from 3 different gun stores in Miami-Dade, I had a terrible experience. I am not naming any of the stores. 1 gun store officially quoted me $899 on a SIG Sauer P226, but when I returned and I guess they saw me parking my BMW in front of the store, he told me there were "supply problems for that gun" and the gun would be $999 instead on $899, which they quoted me 1 day earlier!!! The second gun store also had a SIG P226 which they quoted at $875. The customer service and employees were great, and decided to purchase it, without a CCW permit, I had to wait a week before picking up the gun. When I returned a week later to pick up the gun, a salesperson tells me that they sold the gun thinking that I didn't buy it. When I spoke to the manager, he said "you should have got a CCW permit and you could have taken it the same day," and acting like a 2x2 gun box took up valuable space. Eventually got a refund despite the manager initially not budging. The 3rd gun shop I went to told me that the SIG P226 was the wrong choice and that I wanted a Glock. I just left then and there. Then I found Pantera Guns in Doral, they had the P226 and sold it to me for $875 which was very fair. The employees were very courteous and didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't want. I was so happy that after 3 different stores in which everything was a mission, I got my SIG from Pantera and am finally relieved and that is why I am writing this review on Revdex.com.
