Pantheon Builders performed all work contracted by the customerWe set up a day to do her work, I believe it was the 19th of JulyDeliver of materials by modern Builders did not arrive until early afternoonThe temperature at the time was in the mid 90'sWe had to tear off layers of existing materials and decided to wait until the next dayWe had no idea they had taken the day off to be thereWe had no need to be in her homeThe next day she had already been calling w an f-bombed laced tirade and wanted her money backAfter explaining the situation she said that we could continue with the projectWe did and the following day she was still cursing and just said get it doneMind you the roof had layers of shingles on the sheathingWe replaced all of the woodThe soffit/fascia was badly damaged, rotted and missing from falling apartPart of the gutters were already on the ground and damagedWe removed one gutter of which we explained was in disrepairIt had been painted and had spikes through it in multiple places and was nailed to the fascia with drywall nailsWe explained we would have our gutter crew replace for her at a cost of approximately $This was not part of her contractIn addition to this we repaired other soffit/fascia, replace a stack in her garage and installed a new boot for her electrical where it comes into the homeWe did this as a nice gesture for our misunderstanding or communication on the installationJim the salesperson said she was very happy with the work, and she made appetizers and offered drinks when the job was doneShe paid her balance in full and when we followed up and told her the cost of the gutters she had said she didn't want to pay for itMyself and others that run the company tried to contact her unsuccessfullyWhen we received this E-mail from the Revdex.com, one of our owners went to her home and she refused to come to the doorShe talked through a window, when asked what we could do to make her happy she responded by telling him to get off of her property and that she had another contractorWe asked if it would make her happy if we were to give her a check to show her our good will she responded again by telling him to get off of her propertyHere at Pantheon Builders we take great pride in offering excellent products and craftsmanship for an affordable priceWe completed the work we had listed on our contract and more

It got more bizarre after the initial complaint The next day at approximately 9:pm someone pulled into my driveway and started carrying the bundles of shingles up a padded to the ridge of the roofThis continued until after 10:00pmThe noise was deafening and my dog barked until he
pulled out of the drive.I didn't hear from them the next day until late and then I was told the installers would be here the next morningUnfortunately, all of the gutters and downspouts were destroyed They were not supposed to be destroyed they were going to be reused The installers blamed Pantheon and Pantheon blamed the installersOnce the roof was completed, Pantheon wanted to charge me $for new gutters and downspoutsThey should have been taken care of free of charge as Pantheon knew the downspouts and gutters were to be removed and reused.The installers showed up the next morning and completed the job.The soffits and fascia were installed later that day by one of ownersThe front soffit and fascia were completed but the ones in the back were poorly done with missing caulk, trim and uneven soffitI have to pay someone to fix their poor work.The owners kept pointing out all of the "extra" work they didI didn't asked for anything extra I just wanted the roof installed.The owners repeatedly insisted I remove the complaint as they had completed the workI told them they needed to complete their partAs you can see, Pantheon fails to follow through with everything including this

Deliver of materials by modern Builders did not arrive until early afternoon. The temperature at the time was in the mid 90's. We had to tear off 3 layers of existing materials and decided to wait until the next day. We had no idea they had taken the day off to be there. We had no need to be in her home. The next day she had already been calling w an f-bombed laced tirade and wanted her money back. After explaining the situation she said that we could continue with the project. We did and the following day she was still cursing and just said get it done. Mind you the roof had 3 layers of shingles on the sheathing. We replaced all of the wood. The soffit/fascia was badly damaged, rotted and missing from falling apart. Part of the gutters were already on the ground and damaged. We removed one gutter of which we explained was in disrepair. It had been painted and had spikes through it in multiple places and was nailed to the fascia with drywall nails. We explained we would have our gutter crew replace for her at a cost of approximately $300. This was not part of her contract.
