RevDex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] . A few day ago, the fridge has started working and I had no further problems with it. The damage on the frame, although is in a small area of the frame, it had to have been caused by a strong impact, unlike described by the seller. This is because that part of the frame seems very strong. Since the fridge is now working, we are willing to keep it as is and would like to conclude and close this complaint. Thank you for all your help and trying to mediate this matter. Your help is very much appreciated.

This complaint was received in our office on 5/31/The product was delivered via *** on 5/26/Attached is the shipping invoice with the customers signature indicating freight was received in good conditionThe customer installed the fridge in an RV and the damaged to the frame
(minor bend) was not noted until after the fridge had been installed
Possible damage could have occurred during installationA copy of the product invoice which was given to the customer upon purchase is attached It is only one page and it is noted that Appliances should be installed by a qualified personnel Also stated is that damaged goods need to be reported to the carrier When dealing with this customer we tried to explain the warranty process in which installed appliances need to be taken to a qualified repair facility for warranty authorized repairs by the manufacture This is the procedure in this industryThe retailer does not warranty the product as stated in the warranty portion of her invoiceA copy of a photo of the damage to the refer after it had been installed was provide by the customer is also attachedThe dent is very minor and it is not heavy steel it is fairly thin and easily repaired with plyers and cloth ragMany of our employees have been in the RV appliance repair and sales field for many years We tried to explain the warranty process to the customer but our employee was cut off most of the time he was trying to discuss the situationIfyou have further need of information please feel free to contact me
