Panthers moving and storage went above and beyond to make sure our belongings were delivered out of state and on time. This was during the height of the COVID-19 restrictions, which threw obstacles in their path. They were prompt with their replies and messaging and everything was delivered as promised.

Used them twice now to move across Austin and also across state. Very easy to work with, much better price than all the other moving companies I called in Austin, RR and Cedar Park. Could not be happier with their services!!

Panther Moving and Storage moved us from New Mexico 8/28/2019 and delivered our household good in Florida 9/13/2019. They were not who was suppose to do the move but picked it up when the other company could not preform. They took this job from a broker in Florida who grossly under estimated the load. The underestimate was $2000.00 based on volume even though the Broker had photos of everything I was moving and a count of all packed boxes. Instead of sticking it to Panther I agreed to pay half of the overage. During the move, my load was taken to Austin to be transferred to another large truck. Panther was in good contact with me as we were driving across country. (Note that at this time a hurricane was headed to Florida so we asked for delivery on the 6th of September). The truck finally arrived on the 13th. EVERY item that they pack had damage, An oak desk arrive in 6, yes 6 pieces. Our Sleep Number Bed's bolster was ripped so badly it would no longer support the air cylinders inside. An antique drop leaf table that they blanket wrapped had one of its legs broken off. The list is endless. I filed a claim with moving claims.net with the required photos descriptions and original cost. Roughly $2500-$3000 dollars worth of damage. They offered to settle for $95.00. Panther was aware of the damages as the driver and my wife took pictures of everything the day of delivery. The driver before it was off loaded and my wife after. Panther was very sorry for the damage but told the insurance company was responsible for the claim. After I received the settlement offer I reached out to Panther by both phone and email. About a month ago I final spoke to them and was asked to send the photos again to him and that he would get back to me. Nothing. Today I spoke to him again and he was sorry again but that is what the insurance comapny offered. After I told him fine, I would go to Better Business and get posts out on the web, he told me maybe he could make it a little better like $250.00 if I could wait until after the virus. I told him $250 for 2-3 thousand dollars worth of damage (The Sleep Number bolster was $1300 alone) I would pass and so this review. They are not a registered member of the Austin Revdex.com but hopefully, people considering using them will check here first. - Scot S

In addition to that, all consumers receive informative documentation prior to their service date, advising them that in the unlikely event a consumer may realize that some of their goods are damaged or missing, or if they feel that they have been over-charged or charged for services that they didn’t received prior, during or after services were completed, they are provided with the opportunity to have their issues and concerns formally addressed, investigated and resolved in accordance with their coverage and contractual liabilities.
To better understand and validate all of the consumer claims/complaints we respectfully request that the consumer submit copies of the contracts they have received from the company, they allegedly have had transactions with to determine and validate the company they are attempting to file their complaint against. Thus will confirm interaction between both parties and ensure a fair investigation for both the customer as well as the company.
We respectfully request that the consumer provide the following supportive Documents (FRONT AND BACK);
? Bill of Lading (contract)
? Order for Service
? Household Goods Descriptive Inventory (both pickup and final delivery copies)
? Proof of any financial transaction made with the Service Provider (receipt, bank statement, etc.)
We urge the customer to submit additional information as soon as possible so that we may address their issues. Be sure to highlight any notations made at the time of service implementing said concerns.
We strongly believe that with mutual consideration and understanding, we can easily reach a fair resolution and keep the relationship between all parties in good-standing.

I find Mr. L's response very interesting. He makes it sound like he is not familiar with this move. He has all the information he says he respectfully requests in his response plus 2 dozen photographs of the damage. As a matter of fact, I have sent it to him twice, and he acknowledged that as of last Thursday 11/26/2020. He has been playing this hoping I would get frustrated, which I have. He knows full well the damage HIS company did during the move and has been doing this dance since I first called him as we were unloading on 09/13/2019.
I will not tell anyone not to use Panthers, but I will gladly send anyone the pictures of the damage so you can make you own informed decision. - Scot S

Panthers moving & storage were extremely professional, helpful and efficient. The team was super friendly and really helped me ease my anxiety over the move by going through everything with me from the contract to what to expect during the move. They wrapped all of my big items up well and were in and out of the house in about an hour. They even took time to answer questions I had via text after they had already picked my things up. These guys are very responsive. I would highly suggest to anyone in the area who is looking for a professional team that will take the time to go over the moving process with you. I have spoken to so many companies and Panthers was the first one to make me feel comfortable. Thank you!
