Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was originally provided with a new order number on December 14th and an incorrect tracking number on December The missing pants did NOT ship out on December 12th, which is obviousAlso, it took me emails over a five day period to finally get a response from the company, which came after I made my complaint with the Revdex.comI was very upset from December 7th forward, as I was not certain I would ever receive my completed orderThe fact that phone calls do not occur made me feel even less at ease Regards, [redacted] ***

There was an initial mix up with the dispatch of this order where unfortunately only one item was shipped Upon realising, we immediately sent the second item and this was delivered on the 21/12/as per the following tracking
