Mr P[redacted] repaired a [redacted] washer for me when no one else could figure out the problem.
He was very prompt and polite. Had the washer up and running in one hour. Was fair with pricing, especially with having to move the large machine out of the closet area in which it is housed.
Got his name from a friend. He also does central A/C and will use him for if my trouble returns this year.

Review: After working with Joe Panza for 4 months trying to get the thumping in my Kenmore 3.7 cu. ft. steam-front load washer fixed, the washer is still unfixed. On January 18,2014 I reluctantly paid him by check since he didn't accept credit card (I didn't know this beforehand) in the amount of $186.06 when he claimed he fixed the washer. On the receipt under labor performed Mr. Panza wrote "Reinstall and test upper counterbalance on tub assembly. Counterbalance appeared to be ok." Unfortunately the thumping noise came back when we tried to use the washer the following day. Mr. Panza came back once to re-position and tighten the screws on upper counterbalance again but that again did not solve the thumping noise problem either. After numerous attempts to reach Mr. Panza, I was finally successful on March 28, 2014 on the phone and he suggested that we replace the counterbalance after all. I agreed and suggested an appointment for next Sat. (April 5th) to replace the counterbalance. He never showed up to the appointment and I haven't been able to reach him. My certified mail to him last week hasn't been delivered yet by post office since no one was available to sign for the letter.Desired Settlement: Since he never fixed the washer, it's only fair that he refund my money back.
