Review: Panzer Solutions is a headhunter out of Norwalk, CT. I have received numerous emails from their company from various recruiters, 14 of which happened on June 18 and June 19. I have repeatedly asked them to stop sending me job information for jobs that are not in Dallas, TX, however they continue to send me emails in far away places anyway. Finally, I have requested that they remove me from their contact list. I have tried in the past and those requests went disregarded. Finally today I filed a complaint with the FTC that they are violating CAN-SPAM laws, and I wanted to file a complaint with you, the Revdex.com, to let you know they are conducing massive email campaigns to find individuals to find jobs. They are not using any filters such as location preferences. They are not addressing responses to them involving "please only send me job offers in my area" or "please remove me".

I think the most effective way to deal with them is for you to send them a letter notifying them that there have been complaints received about their business practices as well as violation of CAN-SPAM laws. I am unsure how your rating system works but I would think this would mean a degraded rating. Use your best judgement in dealing with them. They are a horrible organization and harassing many people.

This solution is fine for me as an individual, however you didn't offer a solution to comply with CAN-SPAM laws with other clients. There is no opt-out option on the emails you send, and no procedure to remove emails when asked. Others are having the same problems I have, when asked to be removed and this request is ignored.

Review: Failure to deliver agreed word, then failure to refund the $1000 deposit even after agreed to do so.

[redacted] entered into an agreement with Panzer Technologies 12th February 2013 for the term of 1 month contract which commenced March 14th, 2013 for the delivery of an agreed list of 8 system bug fixes and enhancements which were tested and functional. We were assured that we would be provided with a 4+ experienced developer along with a project manager that will schedule a weekly meeting and report on the progress on the assigned tasks. After the first week, I did receive a weekly report, however no meeting was scheduled and there was little to no communication with the assigned developer [redacted] at this stage I was also concerned that no code had been committed or no evidence of work was provided. After the second week, I did receive another weekly report, it was evident that the assigned developer was still working on the first task which understandably heightened my concerns. On the March 31st, 2013 I reset the deadline for task 1 (Menu Calendar) to April 3rd, 2013 which was already a week overdue. I was alerted on April 2nd, 2013 that the Menu Calendar was completed, it wasn't until April 8th, 2013 that I called a meeting with the developer as I still had not seen any evidence of his work, at this stage it was quite evident that the assigned developer was not as experienced as we were led to believe after directing questions regarding basic functionality to our junior developer who was able to answer. The assigned developer could not commit his work successfully due to version issues he was having, so he proceeded to share his screen to show his work. What I saw shocked me as not only what was shown was very far from looking like the specification provided, additionally the page did not work and he was very open to the fact that even simple functions such as date fields he could not get to function and proceeded to ask assistance from our junior developer.

I had raised concerns with [redacted] regarding the progress and was promised that all issues will be rectified and tasks delivered, however, this was not the case as absolutely no action was taken and not even one of the assigned tasks was delivered successfully which resulted in embarrassment with our clients for missed deadlines and penalties. Any code that was committed was useless and scrapped, we were in a position we needed to take swift action to appease our waiting clients and assigned the undelivered task to another outsource development company who successfully delivered the task in 3 days.

As I raised with [redacted] the attention given to our requirements and Panzers professionalism fell far below expectations which was agreed by Syed. A demand for refund of the initial deposit in the amount of USD$1000 due to non-delivery was sent via e-mail April 24th, 2013. We have received all sorts of assurances that the refund will be forthcoming, however, the refund is yet to be received.

Review: This company keeps calling my home . I have asked them not to. They are India ( India) and he calls my home at 7AM in the morning talking about Oracle projects which I do but do not need their agency's help. I am an Older US Citizen Women and I feel very threatened . Today he called 8 times and it is recorded in my Comcast account .
