It appears there may have been some confusion and we certainly have every desire to address your needs and provide the best solution available to...

resolve your issue.Please note that we only provide diabetic supplies to patients after receiving a valid signed prescription from the patient's doctor. We always speak to the patient prior to sending any prescriptions or diabetic supplies to them.We spoke to a representative from your insurance plan and submitted a request to have the prescription claims, with a date of fill of November 12, 2015 reversed on their end. The representative stated that it can take up to 21 days for the request to be processed and provided a claim number of [redacted].In addition to the reversal request, we have sent you a return label from [redacted]. Please send your supplies back to Paoli Apothecary. Once your insurance plan completes the reversal on their end, you will no longer have any copay obligations with us.We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and appreciate your patience.
