We have been in business for years and have never received a complaintThe watch the customer is identifying came in with a broken crystal; which had obviously been hitIn all likelyhood (we see these types of repairs regularly), the
scratch she is referring to occured then; the damage was not underneath the crystal, it was on the bezel (as once stated in her complaint; she seems to be contradicting herself)In hindsight, we should have looked over the watch in more depth, identifying the scratch before we took it in for repair
In reference to the statement "I guess I didn't look up to dress code," we actually felt awkward and intimidated upon her arrival because her shirt read "*** you, you ***' ***" in large lettersPlease forgive us for writing this, but we have pictures of her attire for proofAlso, she told an approaching customer who was coming into our store that we were "***." That new customer also felt intimidated by reading her shirtWe did not charge her for the crystal because she was not happyWe do not have access to that watch brand; all we would be able to do is possibly fill or cover the damage she is identifying
