I made a previous complaint with the Revdex.com complaint number *** in which I stated that I bought a gift card from papa Gino'sThe card number is *** for dollarsMy complaint was that the card did not work and I couldn't check the balance on the phoneI was told to check the balance on the phone leave the first zeros offThat worked fineI was also,told if I wanted to use the card the store needed to enter the numbers manually not swipe the cardI have tried to use this card at different locations and it didn't work anywhere when I'm told them they had to type the numbers inRefund or exchange but as a loyal customer I'm getting very frustrated
We will be happy to refund guest the money for the gift card ; just need to confirm the address to mail the check to and advise it will take several weeks for the check to be processed. Thank you
