The guy who worked on wed July 7th 2021 @ 7pm is rude & needs to be fired! get your workers in check because their attitudes are a true reflection of the food quality... trash!

Review: I placed an order for delivery on January 4th for a pepperoni/sausage large pizza. My daughter and I ate the pizza and there was something crunchy in the sausage. I spit out what I was chewing and my daughter said there was something hard in her slice also. She spit it out and it was either a piece of a tooth or bone. I put it in a ziploc bag and saved the rest of the sausage pieces and put it in the freezer. I went online and filed a complaint on papa john's website advising them of product contamination so they can alert the owner and possible recall the sausage from their franchise locations. We discarded the rest of the pizza. Selling contaminated meat is a health issue and it needs to be corrected. This is why I contacted Papa John and nobody has contacted me.

I received an automated response which I listed below and today is the 19th of January.....No one has contacted me about this situation.Desired Settlement: I wish to be refunded the $10 I paid for the pizza. I also am requesting for someone from Corporate to contact me acknowledging my complaint and correcting the situation at the store with the contaminated meat. I also have the tooth/bone if they would like for me to send it to them.
