Papa John's Pizza #2827

I received a "customer appreciation " postcard in the Mail .. The offer was for a pizza at discount if orederd on Line . I attemped to order the Pizza and the Code given on the postcard did not work . I called the store and asked if I could order over the phone and bring in the postcard for verification . The clerk said , "nothing we can do , that's an on line promo only !! after two months of trying to get someone in Papa John's to fix the issue , I gave up .. Never , Never buying a pizza there again .,, I should mention a "manager" from the local store did call me after about 5 weeks . He said I shoud have tried a different method to order on line . He intimated that I was incorrect in my attempts to order on line . In fact was was wrong was that the code for two different promos on the postcard were identical .. Worst Customer service I ever received
