Papa John's Pizzeria

Review: On February 16th, 2014 I ordered a pizza online from Papa John's. The order was placed at 6:00pm EST and the total including tip was $59.00. I paid for the ordering using my checkcard. I received the email confirmation from Papa John's saying that they received my order and it would be delivered in 30-40 minutes. At 7:15, I called Papa John's to check the status of my order and I was placed on hold for more than 5 minutes. Someone finally came to the phone and I asked for the manager. I was placed on hold for additional time. When the manager finally came to the phone, I explained my concern that it's almost an hour and a half since my order was placed and he indicated that his driver had other deliveries to handle. I asked if I could be compensated in some sort and he said that he was unable to fulfill my request since I paid with my card. I asked him for his name and he said it was **. I then told him that I didn't want any cold food to be delivered and he said that it wasn't. When I asked for the corporate number, he refused to give it to me. The driver finally showed up at 7:30. When I asked him for my receipt so I could sign it, he nonchalantly said that they didn't give it to him at the store. I told him that he needed to go back and get it and he said that he didn't have time for that and it wasn't necessary. After the driver left in a hurry, I inspected my food only to find out it was cold.Desired Settlement: If JR was a true manager, he would have went above and beyond to make sure that I the customer was satisfied. I wasn't asking for a full refund at first; he could've at least taken 5% off my order. Because my food was cold, I received it an hour and a half late, and I didn't sign my credit card receipt, I now want a full refund. I will NEVER use this location again.
