Review: I placed an order on 1/*/16 @ 12:29 pm and at 1:35 pm I called the store to check on my order. After being placed on hold for over 10 minutes the gentlemen (employee) that finally answered the call explained that he was the only person in the store answering calls and processing orders plus cooking the food. and he explained that my order wasn't even started yet and he would cancel and refund my funds of 20.46 because it would be about 2/3 more hours before my food would process/arrive. I have called my back to reverse the charges and they explained they cant until the merchants do it and i've called the store an no managers were available and they all seem to have a attitude yet I'm the customer an the person whose money was taken and never returned.Desired Settlement: I would like my funds back as well as some free pizzas and wings..
