through our corporate online system. Where, I, Bridget, [redacted], had responded to the customer through email with an apology and free pizza coupon for online use. I also provided him with other locations to visit. The attachments I'm sending have different dates on them. I had got hired n got sick the same day and been sick for going on two weeks n havent got my check for working Sunday morning he keeps blowing me off when he told me last Friday I was going to get a check he never gave it to me

I was disappointed to learn that we did not make you a happy customer recently.  I have no doubt that we make mistakes; however, we usually can correct the problem when given the chance.  I am sorry we did this on your account. I do hope that you will consider us again when making your purchase. background-color: #ffffff; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">.  HOWEVER-- my complaint regards the customer service, or lack there of, from the Corporate Headquarters.  This complaint is correctly addressed despite the mistake pizza coming from a franchise location because the lack of resolution from the corporate level is what has prompted me to file this claim.  
People make mistakes, I'm not bothered by the mistake.  I'm bothered by the utter lack of communication from both the store and corporate headquarters. 
 This complaint needs to stick with this location.

Review: I've ordered from this store more times than I can count. They always get things wrong, like if I order hot wings I'll receive plain, or they leave out sauces or send seasoning packets instead of the Parmesan. I still continued to buy from them. On June **, 2013, I ordered a Cinnapie, Two Medium Two Topping Pizzas, and 15 piece Chicken Poppers with BBQ and Pizza Sauce (the Pizza Sauce may be incorrect because it wasn't for me so I don't remember). I ordered at 4:34pm and received an email a min later saying the food would be here in 30-40 mins. At 5:49pm (over an hour later), the driver called and said he was outside. He was in a rush, handed my husband the pizza and almost drove off with the chicken and pie. My husband stopped him and he handed him the stuff, said sorry and left. When my husband came back, he examined the order and saw that we only received 10 pieces of chicken and no BBQ sauce. I figured I could just call the store and let them know. The guy on the phone said "oh word" when I told him my issue and then transferred me to a manager. I waited a few mins and then explained to the manager my issue. He said I was not charged for the 15 piece chicken but if I want that I can place an order now. I explained that I absolutely was charged, I have the receipt since I used a debit card, and we have to fix this issue because I cannot be charged for something I didn't receive. Keep in mind I haven't eaten any of the food at this time just in case they wanted it back. He then tells me that it has nothing to do with them, I have to contact customer service, but I was not charged for this item. I'm telling him I have an email and a receipt saying I was. He puts me on hold and he never comes back to the phone. At all. So I then contact customer service and tell them my complaint. So I was charged for extra pieces of chicken and I didn't eat the chicken and all because I didn't have the sauce I ordered with it and they clearly weren't bringing me any. I'm really upset about this. This is the reason I don't like to use my debit or credit cards to order food. They ruin your order and you can't do anything about it. It took over an hour to even get the food and it was a wrong order? Unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I want a refund on my meal. If they check their computers, they will see I ordered from them all the time and if this is how they treat loyal customers, I don't want to deal with them further. But I will not just take a loss on my money that I work hard for when I know I didn't receive what I wanted.

Review: I ordered from my local Papa Johns store and was delivered the wrong pizza and was missing extra sauces and seasoning that I paid for. I contacted the store about this, and they did nothing. I contacted Papa Johns headquarters about this on 4 separate occasions and still nothing has been done. Every time I wrote a complaint to them, I was sent back an automated email, but I was never written to personally, called, or even given an automated code to get a free new pizza and sauces to replace the ones I paid for and didn't get and got the wrong pizza. Their lack of customer service is disgusting from the store level to the corporate head quarters. This messed up order occurred at the end of November, it is now two months later and there is no communication from them and no resolution in sight.Desired Settlement: While I would most like to get my pizza and sauces that I paid for, I would be happy to accept my $22 back. However, I really just had to let the Revdex.com know because this "customer service" is appalling.

Review: Placed an online order that offered a free pizza when you order one at regular price and free pizza was not honored no email was sent to verify order placed and when I went back online it was not listed. So I was cheated. This papa john site was a scam. Paired 21.42 for 1 large pizza please investigate website I was once over charged 40.00 in tip by them and now this.

Called the store 5 times have proof on my cell phone no one would answer the phone. [redacted] Called the driver back at [redacted] and he said they were busy so that means he did not care either. He said I am just the driverDesired Settlement: Refund and apology

Review: While calling to place an order there was an extreme amount of laughter from the staff so it made it impossible for me to continue with my order. I said tht I would call back and I did,the worker hung up in my face. I did not yelll,curse or anything.All I wanted was to order a pizza for my family.Desired Settlement: I am not one to fight or yell. I simply want to know why was I hung up on after just simply trying to place an order.And why does it seems like no one cares or is in charge there.Because I couldnt reach the manager because thevstaff has full control over calls.
