Papa John's

My household is a long time customer of Papa John's. I have been using the app to order pizza on my account for quite sometime. For every purchase, you can earn Papa Dough rewards. I tried to redeem my rewards for a pizza at the Stagecoach location and placed an order on the app. I received a call from the store telling me that I couldn't use my reward because I don't buy pizza at their location on a regular basis. I didn't understand why that would matter if the company is a franchise and I have bought pizza from that location on a few occasions plus other locations that are nearby when I'm ordering. I called into the customer service complaint line and made a complaint in which I received a phone call from that location telling me the same thing that I need to spend more money in their store before I can start using rewards there. I called the headquarters to make a complaint which they routed me back to the customer complaint center (when asked where the customer complaint center is located, was told in the Philippines), and gave the same information. If the store is independent and had their own website, I would understand but I can place order online or the app for that store but they don't want to honor what's being advertised/benefits of having an account.
