The patient did not want to come in for follow up treatment for his immediate denturesWe have been in business for over years and we have never refused to help any patient with their denturesHe refused to come in for his appointmentsIt takes to months for your mouth to heal before you can have the dentures fitted for permanent useYour mouth will continually change during that timeAfter to months, the individual needs to get a realigning of the denture done to make the denture permanently fitIf the patient wants to come in and complete treatment, we are happy to assist him, but we will not be refunding the money as has past without him coming in for treatmentsThe dentures were not sent back to this clinic, as of today we have not received them

Dear ***, I'm not sure who you spoke to that said we do not have your denturesWe indeed doAfter extractions, the tissue in your mouth will shrink and cause dentures to feel ill-fitting or looseDue to this natural healing process, we will have you visit our office every few months for a temporary linerIncluded in the price of the immediate dentureThe full healing process usually takes 9-monthsWe are more than happy to have you come in and pick them up and take them to whomever you choose and they can do your final reline as it has been more than monthsYour gums are finished shrinking. I am emailing in response to *** ***When *** and *** came into our clinic I phoned their insurance company to see what his policy covered for denturesWhen you phone in insurance that is no guarantee for paymentI told Mr*** exactly what the representative at his insurance company told
meAfter making his dentures I submitted the claim and it was denied because his insurance company does not pay out of network servicesHad we done a pre authorization, this would not be an issueThere is no guarantee of payment until the claim is submittedWhen Mrs*** phoned me I tried to explain this to herShe became very rude and hard to reason withOur policy states we will withhold 25% and refund 75% if you are unsatisfiedThe dentures were a perfect fit in his mouth, and we were willing to take paymentsShe could not be reasoned withThank you very much for your timeDentures by Design 208-525-
