We had received this complaint prior to the Revdex.com notification and have already addressed the customer's concerns but will address each one of their points again in this forum We want to start by saying that we are sorry the borrower felt mislead by CharlesWe work hard to make every deal transparent and stress this to everyone who works with us in any capacityBecause of this, we are very detailed in our paperwork and urge everyone to make sure they read and understand the contracts prior to signingThe unfortunate part of this is that the warranty clearly explains that there is a $deductible for any repair shop in our network which includes our 3'' party repair shop Advanced Auto RepairThe warranty covers many things on the vehicle but not everythingWe are willing to show anyone the warranty upon request to allow for a better understanding of what we will and will not repair under the warranty termsI have included it with this response In regards to the credit bureaus, we are established and report to TransunionWe are currently looking into why the account has not shown on their credit report yet and hope to get that issue fixed as soon as possibleIt may take a little bit of time since we will be dealing with another agency to get it sorted outWe do want to mention though that we do not report to Experian or Equifax so we are not sure which report you have been monitoring or if you follow all To address your maintenance concerns; we were not made aware that you were having any issues by any of our maintenance staff whether in-house or 3'' party until10/3/During my review, we discovered that the borrower had the vehicle at our 3'' party repair shop on 9/14/and none of these mentioned issues were notated as needing to be addressed so we have reason to believe these are more recent issuesAt this point it was discovered that the vehicle would not start due to a dead batteryThe battery has since been replaced but we have not been able to return the vehicle after multiple attempts due to our calls not being returned We apologize for any frustrations caused by trying to reach someone on Saturdays or after hoursThe number runs through a phone tree where you must select the correct option to get to the desired destinationOur phone system also redirects to the car lot after hours and weekends as our corporate office is not staffed on those daysWe are not entirely sure of which times and dates you called or if messages were left for staff that may have been assisting others

I know the emails maybe a little confusing but as you can see they agreed to the $as a payoff and to release the BMW titles in three daysRob using words like we have an agreement...a payoff of $he would need authorization but $we have a deal...sorry I haven't gotten around to itI sent the $and he still hasn't released the titlesI tried reaching him after the payoff was made, he didn't answer emails so I called and he said in September "James I really apologize but I haven't gotten around to releasing the titles but I promise you next week you can pick them up next week at the MVDI sold the vehicles for $apiece and the first $never made it so I used the other $to settle this issueSo at this time I don't even have the cars because Rob B [redacted] said we have a deal

I reject due the fact my girlfriend *** *** took a notarized statement aauthorizing she allow me to use her card on Monday 3/13/Then receive a call from *** *** claiming to be Fast and Furious Law firm stating I do not get a refund back due to certain fees that took place
Which I totally disagree I have had the vehicle in my possession for no more than daysThen not once did Rob reach out to my been emailing him for over weeks without a responseThen I called down to the shop and some lady by the name of Jessica hung up on me because I asked her regarding my refundThe letter clearly stated they was going to give my refund in the letter but now someone claiming to be Law Firm by name of Jacklyn stating I'm not entitled to oneUnprofessional and I totally rejectI can honestly say this company is a big scam and I would like this matter to be resolve as soon as possible

They are lying! I never said what I wouldn't pay They told me that an adjuster would call me, which still has Never happened They sent me an email saying they were unable to helpI still have that email but No info on this phantom policy What's next?**

In response to the above referenced complaint, it has come as quite a surprise that the complainant feels we have not lived up to our insurance agreementThe complainant's legal representation reached out to us regarding his accident and supplied a police reportI have attached the report and
email to show that the complainant was not at fault and therefore informed us that they would be pursuing damages through the at-fault insurance company We informed the complainant that we could submit this to our insurance provider but if we do so and they end up funding the accident rather than the other company; that the complaint would be responsible for his $insurance deductible He stated that he did not want to pay the fee and would pursue the claim through the at-fault drivers insuranceIf the complainant has since changed their mind; we would be happy to file the claim on their behalf and collect the deductible He can contact us at *** to make arrangements to fill the claim and pay the deductible
