First and foremost all Papa Murphy's Franchises receive custom art work such as poster's and such usually called POP in marketing terms, from our company.  That POP is our Corporate approved POP, and we as Franchisee's must adhere to using this POP, until an executed date has come to a close, or until there has been a POP change.  Those changes do occur but more on the rare occasions, where Corp. or a particular owners group has seen a flaw in that particular POP.
 
Regarding this customers issue to 5/6/2014, when Papa Murphys's first started the POP for this special on Tuesday's. they did not have the number of toppings "stated" on the poster on the outside window's POP>  We had informed this customer on this particular special the large is "up to 5 toppings" on a large pizza.  After this customer started his order, we even showed him where it was stated on the POP inside the store.  This gentleman ordered a pizza with 6 toppings and our team tried to be very nice and we tried to explain that the pizza that he ordered on that Tuesday was not part of our $10.00 Special.  This gentleman then ran outside and got very upset with our team members, because of the poster on the outside window.  Which did not state how many toppings, but also did not say "unlimited" toppings either.
 
To also let you know we asked the customer if he would like to order something that was $10.00, and we would be happy to accommodate, and make whatever change to his order that would fit within the Special for that day, again we are only talking taking off 1 topping off the pizza that he ordered.  This customer did not want anything to do with us trying to help make his order right and or his visit on this particular evening a happy one.  We are sorry for any miscommunication, and we would be happy to give this customer the difference in dollars back if he would like to contact me personally.
 
Also to inform you soon after Corporate had issued a new POP poster nationwide to all the stores so that there would be no further confusion.

Mr. [redacted] made two separate complaints that we overcharged him by $6.00. After the first complaint I phoned him and left him...

a message but did not hear any response. After the second complaint I saw that he wanted to be contacted by email, not by phone. I emailed him and apologized for overcharging him and offered to refund his money by cash or check, as shown with the complaint. To refund his money back to his credit card, I would need to physically have the card or he would need to give me his credit card information. I did not want to be responsible for his credit card information so I offered to give him cash or a check. He could not come into the store to give him cash back so he wanted me to mail a check to him. I sent him a check, # 2546, it was withdrawn from my account on April 11, 2016. If you need anything further, do not hesitate to call or email me. Thank you, [redacted]

I have received a check for the requested amount. I consider the situation resolved. Thank you very much for your help because without your help, I don't believe it would have gotten resolved. Thank you again. v/r [redacted]

[redacted] Bronstad On 12-24-15 I had to see my Dr. because I developed chest congestion and wheezing which the Dr. assessed as acute bronchitis brought on by a weakened immune system from the botulism incident. I do have chronic asthma.  I was given an anti inflammatory and anti biotic to take for 5 days.  In addition to the pizza refund I would like the $30.00 co-pay to be refunded also.  I have documentation from the Dr.       Thanks  [redacted]
