I am rejecting this response because:The insurance company has it on file that they advised a predetermination be filed. Dentures by design never informed us of this. Predeterminations are a guarantee of benefits. That is why they are done!Dentures by Design apparently do not know how to process insurance claims. In fact they called our dentist to see if they could run their claim through the dentist office. Dentures by Design has proven to be unethical and they have inappropriately kept our money.

The patient did not want to come in for follow up treatment for his immediate dentures. We have been in business for over 24 years and we have never refused to help any patient with their dentures. He refused to come in for his appointments. It takes 8 to 12 months for your mouth to heal before you...

can have the dentures fitted for permanent use. Your mouth will continually change during that time. After 8 to 12 months, the individual needs to get a realigning of the denture done to make the denture permanently fit. If the patient wants to come in and complete treatment, we are happy to assist him, but we will not be refunding the money as 90 has past without him coming in for treatments. The dentures were not sent back to this clinic, as of today we have not received them.
