I am a frequent customer. I had a coupon for 50% off a $20 order. I called to ask about it. The girl said it was ok and asked me my order. I gave it to her and mentioned the coupon again. She said nothing about it having to order online. I've done it before so I could have done it if I knew. My mother went to pick up my order. She said that they wouldn't take the coupon unless it was an online order. Mom even asked for the manager who was rude and refused to honor the coupon. I'm upset about this! I can't believe we were treated this way. The location is on Clinton Hwy in Knoxville TN. Tiffany Jarrett

Murphy’s store on 60th and OklahomaAt the time that you arrived at
our store we had already updated the menu boards as
well as the menu inserts
that we give out with our pizzas with new pricingThe menu insert that you
received must have been an old menu that was mistakenly left behind in the
storeI do apologize for any confusion that this may have caused when paying
for your pizzaIn addition, I apologize for the behavior of the individual
that you had spoken with that day about pricingI addressed the issue right
away with the entire staff to make sure everyone is well aware of the proper
way to speak to a customer in a pricing situation like thatI will gladly send
you a gift card in the mail to show that we value you as a customer, and
appreciate your businessWe want every customer to leave our store satisfied with
the experience that they hadI hope that this shows that I am trying to fix
this with youPlease let me know if you have any other concerns

we receive cell phone text for special promotions for Papa Murphys .... must be done online ... I get that ... we order online all the time but ... for the last 2 times we cannot complete the online order. When you call or go to the store you are told .. sorry .. that is only for online ... they also mention that several customers have relayed the same story. When asking for a corp phone number to complain you are told that there is none... you are just [redacted].
