Forgot how great Papa Murphys pizza was, so I wanted to leave a review that how great these pizzas are, I ordered a stuffed 5 meats pizza added black olives with extra cheese and I feed 5 and had slices left, and everyone was very happy and full. Thanks and Happy new year. To the Whitesburg Papa Murphy's, they even helped me with getting the app on my phone. Thanks again.

Dear Customer, Papa Murphys is over 1500 stores strong and sends out 1000 of pizzas every day that are baked successfully and enjoyed at home. Baking instructions state that a pizza roust be baked "at least 5 inches above the heat source". You purchased two pizzas, one at a cost of $7 and the other...

at $15. Both were prepared as ordered, wrapped with baking directions and handed to you. Throughout the day, we make every effort to remind our customers that they must bake each pizza separately when two or more are purchased, Later in the evening, you returned with a partially burnt pizza tray. I was contacted by phone immediately and authorized a 50 percent discount of the higher priced pizza. Without return of the pizza, I felt this offer was fair. The next morning I contacted you by phone, seeking more input and apologized. I explained that I knew of only two other incidents where trays had burned and both were caused by baking two pizzas at a time, placing the bottom pizza too close to the heat source. We spoke of many details, one of which asked you if your oven could be running hot and you stated that one pizza baked perfectly so you assumed not. I offered to extend the unused discount as a credit and you accepted the offer. After we spoke, I contacted Papa Murphys International to relay your complaint and seek their advice. I was confident that the Issue had been resolved to both our satisfaction until I received the notice from the Revdex.com and in responding, I take exception to two of your statements. 1. A full refund and/or free pizza was not extended because we sent you home with a quality product, made to order and properly prepared and packaged. 2. It is not our practice and completely unacceptable to hang up on a customer, and in fact when you arrived, my crew contacted me by phone in your presence. I understand that there are many choices for pizza and appreciate each and every customer who enters my store. We realize that we are a guest in YOUR home and we want to be invited back. I hope that you will take advantage of the credit soon. I am rejecting this response because: As a portal for training [redacted]  should vet their training vendors.  I as for trainining from [redacted], but once submitting my training inquire all of these vendors call because of the inquire, and [redacted] should be held liable for this as well.

Review: For ten years I have ordered regular crust never been charged not once. Today I was charged, when asked why they said they have always charged. I said they had never charged until today. I said I would go to my other papa Murphy's that does not charge. I asked for a refund, the manager [redacted] came out in basket ball shafts and a tank top to take my receipt and pizza told me to leave thee store. I asked him for a refund again he said he would not give me a refund that the owners would have to issue it, I explained that I did not take possession of the pizza so it was technically still theirs. Him and his associates stereos to laugh at me and conversation amongst themselves snickering and laughing. [redacted] called me a lier and asked me to leave.Desired Settlement: To be treated with human decency. When a Customer has a question to help answer that question. Not to belittle and take the customers product and receipt and ask them to leave. New papa Murphy's to open closer toe house owned by someone other than someone who employees people like [redacted], a pro basket ball pants wearing manager.
