After reviewed the customer's statement of the probler, did talk to my employeesI'm sincerely sorry for what happened to the customerHowever, the store did have a policy of no refundsWe have signs on the door and receipts that states we don't offer refundsAlso, my employees did apology for
no refunds but offer the customer with the exchange or store credit, but the customer refusedAfter that, my employees called me and agreed to give an exception and refund her, So she got the morey back and boilight a tower that cost $1,49.Thank you for the feedback, and we will improve our customer relation in the future

Roy called and explained that the cabinets were purchased by the consumer and the problem was due to the warpage on the original cabinetIt has nothing to do with the work he didShe would need to contact the cabinet manufacturer since it is a manufacturing defect

purchased at ***'sThere were several of the cabinet doors that were defectiveRoy S*** of Paparoy's took the defective cabinet doors off and returned them to ***'s for replacementsRoy S*** installed the cabinet doors that were replaced by ***'sTherefore, I feel Roy S*** should have installed the cabinet doors correctly that were put on by himAll I am asking is to have the cabinet doors installed correctlyBy using the adjustments to the hinges the cabinet doors can be installed correctly. ***'s Manager has stated to me, that he will swap out the warped cabinet door for another one at no chargeThere is an adjustment with the hinge to set for how far the door can open and stop without hitting the wallRoy S*** made this same adjustment to the cabinet door under this one so it does not hit the wall anymore when openedWith knowledgeable carpentry skills and professionalism this complaint can be settled and both parties can move on in a professional way*** ** ***
