Review: I had bought a car from [redacted]'s Dodge a year ago. Right away the car had problems. Some bolts were loose in the engine and I went to them to have it fixed. It was never fixed. Then my clutch went. Fixed that. Then Master cyclinder went and Slave Cylinder went, fixed that. Then my Transmission went and had to fixed that. Now the Check Engine light is on and the sensors are broken all because they never fixed the bolts in the beginning. I have spent seven thousand dollars and the car is still broken. The new body shop is trying to figure out what is wrong with it. Would like them to pay for the repairs I already paid for and for the issue I still have.

I would like them to pay for all the repairs that I already fixed and the one that still needs to be fixed.

Review: I have never purchased a car or service from [redacted]'s Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, but somehow I ended up on their "[redacted]'s EBlast" newsletter. Since I used to live in Connecticut, I figured my email address ended up on the newsletter from another vendor in Connecticut. After trying to follow the unsubscribe link in the newsletter, which is just a link to [redacted]@gmail.com, I sent an email asking to be unsubscribed. The email instantly bounced from Google saying there is no such account. I then sent an email to the domain administrator contact for papasdodge.com asking them to kindly fix the unsubscribe link in the newsletter and unsubscribe me over 60 days ago. Well, that went nowhere, but at least it did not bounce. I figured I would give [redacted]'s the courtesy to resolve this issue in a friendly manor, however, they don't appear to want to correct this issue. Once you are subscribed to the e-blast newsletter, you'll be there for life.

I wish for [redacted]'s to fix their newsletter unsubscribe information as is required by law for newsletters under the CAN-SPAM act (see http://www.business.ftc.gov/documents/bus61-can-spam-act-compliance-guide-busine... for more information). I also request them to remove me from their mailing list, which I can do after they update the unsubscribe information.

We actually have to thank Mr. [redacted] and a few others. He is absolutely correct the unsubscribe link we were using did not function properly. We had recently change to a new company to send out our informational emails and it seems that the link in the system was broken. Mr. [redacted] and others complained and we would check them off in the system. Well this also wasn't working because of a change in another technology. We do not like to receive spam, trust us we get a lot of it. It may be where we found both of these solutions. So we also don't like to spam people. We have 400 reviews online which are mostly positive giving us an aggregate score of 4.4 out of 5 stars. Yes, We are not perfect but we strive to be that everyday and give our guest a world class experience. Mr [redacted] may have ended up on won of our email list through one of the many charity events that we sponsor throughout the year for the Special Olympics, the Police Explorers, The American Red Cross, Iwo Jima Memorial, Salvation Army and many others. We incorporate these email addresses into our main data base so as to keep our guest and the supporters of these events informed of our very successful efforts on behalf of the organizations. So we really need to thank Mr. [redacted] for his complaint as it gives us the opportunity to improve.

Review: On 09/10/14 I went to this dealer to purchase a new which I was in need for after I spoke to the sale person I found a car which stated that the sale price was 23,998.00 as they proceed to do all the required paper work to finance the car the price came up to 36,964.08 so I was comfused about the whole situation because how did the price jump almost 13,000 more no one informed me of the charges the were adding to my account to be paid. as time passed I am having problems with the car and went back to the dealer since I have warrenty still they don't want to fix my car keeps giving me a hard time why am I paying for extented warranty for then the said there is nothing we can do after spending an entire day at the dealer thats when they decided to help me I lost a whole day of work important meeting which puts my job at risk. while I was there thats when they went over all the paper work again with me and that is when I discover all the fees and charges that was adding on to the car price no one told me anything about a finance charge that is almost 7,000 why would I want to pay an extra 7,000 for a car that cost 23,998.00. they failed to disclose information to me and I feel like I was blind sided by the dealer and its employees because they never took the time to ask if that is something I wasnted to pay for the just added more money on my loan so they can make money off of me that how I see this whole situation and the sales person did't care to imform me because he was just trying to make a sale. I don't think its fair that I have to pay for something I was not properly imformed about and was not of my knowledge.Desired Settlement: I would like them to come to some settlement and adjust this charge on my account because I was never imfored about any of this and they just added some extra charge without my knowledge which is unfair and just wrong they should of imformed me of everything they was going to add on to my account and I would like them to take care of my care like they said they would when I brought the extended warrenty. they need to improve in the service because they are selling flase infomation

Response:

Our regional Manager has contacted Mr. Pavasaris about his radio issue. It was explained to Mr. Pavasaris that it would be a couple of days for the Regional Mgr. to call him. Chrysler instructed us to order a new radio for Mr. Pavasaris to try to solve his problem. As far as returning the truck it was explained to Mr. Pavasaris that it would have to go thru chrysler for the to buy his truck back.

Review: This is a combination of sales, customer service and possibly waranty issues.I purchased a 2010 Dodge Dakota from this dealership. they told me and showed me a clead car fax report. Upon initial inspection the vehicle looked clean. Shortly after the purchase I noticed a discoloration in the paint on the door and front fender and while looking under the front bumper I noticed a series of runs and drips in the paint and areas of light coverage. This vehicle was obviously re-painted on at least these three areas. Upon further review while washingt he truck I am now seeing some of the clear coat coming off the tailgate and overspray between the cab and bed.I contacted the delership and one of the salesmen told me to bring it to their body shop to look at. The body shop manager told me that they did indeed do some paint work to the front bumper and that it looked like the door and front fender had dents pulled out. He agreed to re-paint the front bumper but told me I would need authorization from the used car manager [redacted] regarding the other items. It is now two weeks later, several e-mails and calls with no response.this truck was sold as ceritified pre-owned and has a bumper to bumper warranty for another 3 months. Since the truck was sold to me under the pretense that it was never in an accident and had no issues caused by accidents when in fact the dealer knew it had been I'm looking for them to make this right. I dont expect it to be perfect but I also will not accept the sub-par paint repair that they performed and tried to cover up.A response would be appreciated.
