Response for complaint # ***, I did receive "one" phone call message from *** *** a couple of weeks ago complaining about a counter top problemI thought it was a scam and have been very distracted withmy wife being in and out of the hospital in the past month and a halfBut
once I seen the complaint on my email I called *** and I did remember her calling me last year leaving a message for work she needed but I never called her back because of the location was in Kent County where I don't take on work because of the distanceNow last December I was slowing down withwork and gave him ***'s number to see if he can get the work and she can get the work done and everyone would be happyBut when *** questioned him (***), he told her that heworked for me but at that time he no longer worked for meHe no longer worked for me when they talkedI never had spoke to this woman (until the complaint), She never contacted me to verify that she is signing a contract with my former worker or to ask any questions about him or anythingYou can ask her to see the contract she has and I should not be onit at allSo I never new if they even contracted any work until the first and only call from *** just before she called you guys but I noticed on the complaint that she states she has been calling me about the problem and that's a complete lieShe is trying to get me to fix her problem I never contracted knowing I had nothing to do with

In response, I never said that I didn't know ***, I did ask for his number because were talking six months ago hereI said that I would get back to her after I speak to *** to see what he says.But after seeing the business card that was used without my knowledge I want to correct the problem if it is a workmanship issue because the other side of the story is that the electrical is a complete scamwith an old picture of the old socket that had been covered up by someone else prior to ***And the counter top may have been damaged by the many tenants that live there according to the picture *** sent to ***He says the whole apartment was a complete dump with many issues as it is a low income apartmentBut would like to see these pictures of the counter topBecause counter tops don't turn colors alone unless a hot pan or something is placed

I would like to get a look at the counter top and I will take care of the seam if it installed wrongAnd I can cut a hole for the existing receptacle while I'm thereAnd I will have to take it up with *** later
