Papa’s Breakfast Nook

I purchased food from this restaurant last night March 1st around 830pm
My co worker went out to pick up for me
I did not receive all the items that I had paid for so I called to the papas breakfast nook to tell them they forgot to put my salad in bag the lady on phone was very polite and she told me she had wrote my name down on a note to leave in office . I arrived at the papas breakfast nooks around 11:15pm to get my small chef salad that they forgot to place in bag . I walked up to counter where the woman on register an told the woman who ask me if she can help me an I told her that my name is *** I have a salad I need to pick up an it’s paid for she told me very loudly I don’t know who you are you not getting noting plus I have a long line you need to move! I was so shocked by her response cause I never been treated so rudely my nobody in this restaurant. So I told her ma’am can I just talk to manger she told me she was the Manager! As time went on for about 8 more mins are so she became more angry with me because I told her if you refuse to re fix my order you can just give my money back she refused to help me also again . It took the other waitress on duty to walk in office an bring a note that had my name on it clear as day that said picking up at 11pm small chef salad!. After the note was there she snatched it out the ladies hand an said she not getting a *** thing tonight. I told her to just please give my money back at this point I don’t want the salad now are ever will I ever want another salad out of this place . She was so rude to not only me but other people also was complaining of missing food an cussing at them loudly. Now on March 2nd at 930am I tried calling for management I refused because his not in building. I asked for corporate number the woman on phone told me I couldn’t have his cellphone number ( obviously family owned) I never asked for personal number I asked for any type of management the lady said no ones here an hung up phone in my face .
