In response, I never said that I didn't know [redacted], I did ask for his number because were talking six months ago here. I said that I would get back to her after I speak to [redacted] to see what he  says.But after seeing the business card that was used without my knowledge I want to correct the problem if it is a workmanship issue because the other side of the story is that the electrical is a complete scamwith an old picture of the old socket that had been covered up by someone else prior to [redacted]. And the counter top may have been damaged by the many tenants that live there according to the picture [redacted] sent to [redacted]. He says the whole apartment was a complete dump with many issues as it is a low income apartment. But would like to see these pictures of the counter top. Because counter tops don't turn colors alone unless a hot pan or something is placed.

In response, I am glad to hear that they want to “correct the problem if it is a workmanship issue”.I have photos of the only plug socket with a date stamp on it, now no socket in the Kitchen. [redacted] said he would fix this I have text he kept saying this. Then he scheduled 4 times to fix but never did. The counter installed is of poor workmanship which is only installed a very short time and is unacceptable.

Response for complaint # [redacted], I did receive "one" phone call message from [redacted] a couple of weeks ago complaining about a counter top problem. I thought it was a scam and have been very distracted withmy wife being in and out of the hospital in the past month and a half. But...

once I seen the complaint on my email I called [redacted] and I did remember her calling me last year leaving  a message for work she needed but I never called her back because of the location was in Kent County where I don't take on work because of the distance. Now last December I was slowing down withwork and gave him [redacted]'s number to see if he can get the work and she can get the work done and everyone would be happy. But when [redacted] questioned him ([redacted]), he told her that heworked for me but at that time he no longer worked for me. He no longer worked for me when they talked. I never had spoke to this woman (until the complaint), She never contacted me to verify that she is signing a contract with my former worker or to ask any questions about him or anything. You can ask her to see the contract she has and I should not be onit at all. So I never new if they even contracted any work until the first and only call from [redacted] just before she called you guys but I noticed on the complaint that she states she has been calling me about the problem and that's a complete lie. She is trying to get me to fix her problem I never contracted knowing I had nothing to do with.

When we talked he stated that he never knew this person, never heard of him and asked me for his phone number yet he worked for him. I told him that his company was the only one I called to do the work and then I received a call back from his VP see attached card, same phone number. He couldn’t explain. Feel very let down by this company and feel like the false advertise on [redacted] which is what I responded to. I guess I will have to go further about this if not resolved as it’s a matter of principal as I have told him on a voice message now and feel like the work completed was not satisfactory.

Photos documenting counter showing seam down the middle of the counter as requested.  Only outlet plug in the kitchen date stamped also documented as requested. It was working as red like is on showing power. Please let me know if you need anything else emails or texts.
