If I could give a no star, I would. We had an issue with our 2012 T660 of not being able to go over 57 mph and using more fuel than normal. After Kenworth put it on the their computer, they guessed it might need over $13,000 in parts and 30 hours in labor! We usually take this truck to Elko Kenworth. We had called them first and they said it was very likely the EGR was stuck wide open. We had just had the truck there for an issue with the temp not getting hot enough to Regen. They, Elko fixed it, and it had a successful Regen. Pape told us it hadn't regened in 10,000 miles, when it was JUST DONE IN THE LAST 1000 miles.
Obviously we refused service from Pape. Our driver picked up the truck after we paid over $1000 for them to put it on their computer. The truck is now COMPLETELY derated, the turbo isn't working at all, and he is limping it to Madras. I wouldn't take a moped to this shop!

P.S. I have the invoice and all the things they listed says "possible this, and suggest this, and updated the computer". It has 520,000 miles on this truck, with regular service. They stated due to high miles all these things COULD be the problem. I didn't ask for an update! I also asked for just a check on the EGR. Not this b***t.
