Tell us why hereThank you for giving us this opportunity to review Ms *** claim concerning an unwanted order pushing through without her accepting it. We have done extensive testing on our web site ordering process and know that our system will not push through items left in a customers
cart. Ms *** had to initiate her order even if it was by mistake. Fortunately, we were able to cancel this particular order. We are sorry for the inconvenience

Tell us why here... I apologize if Ms *** is unhappy with her purchase. The color of the Runner is cream, if you look at paint swatches there are hundreds of different cream shades. We did not misrepresent the color, it is a shade of cream. Ms*** will have to return
the items on her own for a refund. When we say 100% guarantee we mean just that. We do not guarantee a refund on shipping costs. I sincerely apologize for Ms ***'s inconvenience

was the previous address of Ms *** and she did not update her register for her new address The package has not been returned. We have also receved a chargeback from the cardholder bank for the entire amount of 111.15. It is now in the banks hands when or if Ms *** receives her credit. Tell us why hereThank you for giving us the opportunity to investigate Ms *** claims against our company. First, we can assure Ms *** that our company is from the USA and our corporate offices are in Elk Grove Village,IL. We have two call centers one in Kansas City, KS and
one overseas. A lot of companies use overseas call centers. Second Ms*** inital order shows made through our Website using her *** account. *** as a payment option is only accepted on our Website. Ms*** had to have called our customer service line to add the other ship to addresses and items. It looks like Ms *** was shipping items to other addresses as Christmas presents to other people in IL. Only one of these addresses was a repeat and since our operators do not have paper and writing instruments at their desks, the customer must have repeated this information. We show two calls from Ms *** to cancel the order which we have done. It seems the order would not have gone through as the payment was denied. Thank you
