Paper Group Company

Review: We placed an order with this company. Product was delivered on 11-12-14 with shipping damage and was printed incorrectly. We settled on a $500 discount for the printing error and were suppose to get a refund for the shipping damages from the shipping company, Frontline Freight, Inc of City of Industry, California when the claim was settled. On November 13, we sent photos of the damaged boxes to [redacted].com. She said it takes 90 to 120 days (4 months) for the shipping company to respond to a claim. She said she submitted the claim on 11-21-14. We have never received payment for the damages in shipping nor have we heard from [redacted] about the claim. [redacted] will no longer respond to our emails. Her last correspondence with us was on 1-28-15 stating it takes 90 - 120 days. We have contacted the freight carrier and they say no claim was ever submitted and only the Paper Group who hired the shipping company can submit the claim.We were invoice $1843 for 1000 boxes. 100 were damage in shipping. Claim should be for $184.30 that we should be refunded.Desired Settlement: $184.00 refunded for the 100 damaged boxes
