Disappointed in their service team, ordered an item and was supposed to receive of them, was shortchanged and only received Would've liked to have had my original order fulfilled when asked if the one item could be sent they said they could only do a credit if I purchased from them againThat won't be happeningI don't recommend them

Boxes were not what I expected, I wasn't even able to close them and when I called for a refund I was told to pay for the cost of shipping to return the boxes and that I wont be able to receive my payment for the shipping cost that I already paid to get the boxesThis company does not value customer service at all!

I checked my CC account and found that this company charged but since I 've never ever ordered on their web site, I went to their web site and checked their addressIt was the same address of ***.com which I ordered some productsSo, I contacted the PayperMart CS because they are the one charged to my CCThen, they told that the ***.com is their sister companySo, I have to contact the ***.com and ask if I have any questions about my order
However, I did not receive any order confirmation e-mail from the site, ***.comI contacted via e-mail but no answer is availableI tried to chat but nobody answeredAlso, they have no Phone customer service
Anyway, if the order was processed, I should receive order confirmation e-mail and charged by ***.com, not Paypermart
I told the CS of Papermart but the CS can't do anything while they charged to my CC under their name

We are a recent small business startup, and our success hinges largely upon the distribution of a sampling of our products in a giveaway gift set for ChristmasPaper Mart seemed perfect to supply us with the items needed for the packaging, so off we went with a huge orderSix days later we had a FedEx "delivery today" notice, but nothing arrivedLong chats with FedEx led to one with Paper Mart, and we were stunned to learn that a mailing label had been created but no actual delivery was anywhere in sightInitially Paper Mart said this was a "drop shipment" from God knows where, and they were clueless regarding when or if that would actually happenThey eventually said that it "might" show up sometime soonSeriouslyWe ordered elsewhere and asked for the Paper Mart order to be canceledThey instructed us to refuse receipt “if” it ever showed upThese guys should be avoided like the plague

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.Even though this was resolved, their web site gives the buyer much confusion and they have no any customer service available until I filed claim to my CC company.1. I place order via [redacted].com but charged by Papermart and the CS of Papermart could not explain for the [redacted].com site. The site never tells that their parent company is Papermart.com2. It is regret to order such sloppy web store. I've never ever got any apology from them. They just excuse that their site is new and still working. I recommend this web store to go to FTC site (Federal Trade Commission) and read about Online store section.3. Can't believe this web store have no their any company information (Address, TEL). There is large security issue.
