On February 8, 2016, I placed my order for customized invitations, matching envelopes and embossed gold sealsLater that evening, I found a spelling mistake and promptly emailed the company to fix the errorThe creative associate logged into my account and corrected the error; but, she didn't inform me of the correction until I emailed her for an update, Feb 11th I approved the new art fileOn Feb, 16th, she noted that she was working with the production team to try and get my order shipped in the next couple of days and she'd keep me postedBut the company attempted to bill me a 2nd time for the order I spent nearly minutes on the phone with customer service so they'd rectify the matter; the service rep promised to express ship the orderI checked my online file Feb24th at 8:p.mCST--NO shipment; NO estimated delivery dateI paid for the product on Feb8th; yet, as of Feb 24th, I've only received the seals--NO printed invitations.I am certainly NOT a happy customer!

I placed an order with Paper Direct, waited days without any sort of notice at all the order would be shipped I finally contacted customer service, requested that the order be canceled, was told they would \"try\" to cancel the order, which was not done I called back twice to request a cancellation The order has yet to be cancelled Extremely poor customer service and service overall I\'ve ordered from other companies and have never had this type of poor experience I cannot imagine doing business with a company who not only does not honor orders placed, but also does not provide any sort of customer service

I spent nearly 40 minutes on the phone with customer service so they'd rectify the matter; the service rep promised to express ship the order. I checked my online file Feb. 24th at 8:17 p.m. CST--NO shipment; NO estimated delivery date. I paid for the product on Feb. 8th; yet, as of Feb 24th, I've only received the seals--NO printed invitations.I am certainly NOT a happy customer!
