8-24-15To Whom it may Concern:I want to explain what happened with Mr** who filed the complaintWe began his credit repair on 9-17-He began with a credit with many derogatory items and wanted it to improveWe sent out four sets of letters to further help himWe had successfully
removed items - which is our goal in credit repair - remove inaccuracies and paid off credit listings and help them reestablish good creditAt that point in time he posted five stars on the Google website about Pappas Processing LLC. When I ran his credit report before the fourth set of letters he insisted all items should be off his credit report at the three bureausHe had wanted them removed and his credit score up a set amount of pointsMr** was upset so we sent out the fourth set in hopes that this would remove those itemsIt did not happenHe got further upset when I wouldn't re**rn his money and filed a complaint with the Revdex.com and down graded me two stars with googleWe don't guarantee certain credit scores as written in our contract which he signed and knew about on 9/17/and is now saying Pappas Processing LLC is at fault because HE did not reach his personal goals. Attached is the contract and my response to Mr** last week Copy of E-mail Letter to Mr**: Dear ***,
I have been waiting for you to get back to me since July 6th
I never heard from you assuming you had reached your goals
Please read your signed contract with Pappas Processing LLC and
please let me know where we refer to these score levels in our contract
Also we sent out sets of letters 9/17/14- 11/17/14- 12/29/14-
3/04/and our recorders show deleted items and each time we send out sets
of letters the credit bureaus can take up to 30-to respond
So actually we went over and beyond our contract to help you
when you also know while this was going on a new collection went on your credit
report and was refiled and never billed you for the extra time spent on your case
Then I offered to re-look at your case on July 6th
2015.We are very sad you did not reach your goals of certain credit
scores but it was not because of lack of effort on our part
