Attached you will find the agreement signed by merchant as well as our UCCWhen signing this factoring agreement the merchant agreed to sell future receivables and to pay for them with a daily installment amount of for installments. The merchant made of payments as agreed,
then proceeded to stop our payments and claim that she was told there would be a hold on her paymentsNo correspondence in our agreement states that the merchant is free of making payments - the amount of $is specified as a daily paymentAfter stopping our payment and refusing to pay at the agreed amount only two days after receiving a wire from our company purchasing these receivables she then refused to answer calls. After several attempts at contact the merchant stated she could make her payments in weekly installments which one of our agents requested for her, we eventually accepted this and requested statements to be provided to prove a hardship that was claimed after days, she did not provide statements, so we attempted to capture the receivables she purchased. At this time our company is moving forward with legal action against this merchant, when a judgment is filed I'll submit the documentation as that will also be public record. Thank you

I have you on record and my attorney was notified. Also your company spoke to my attorney and was advised not to contact me till court and you told my attorney and I quote.. You will do as you please we have no case... so with that said your company has no idea how to do a collections process but to threaten a person'  family and children you have crossed the line. I tried to pay you what I could afford after y'll  lied about the loan process and stole my funds 29 days early and admitted to lying.
