Review: During the month of August, 2014, I received a call from [redacted] from Par Green asking how my first treatment was and when they could schedule for the next treatment. I informed [redacted] that I would not be able to pay for a 2nd month's treatment and I would call them to let them know when I will be able to schedule a 2nd treatment. He said "ok." I then get a bill later on in September for services rendered on August [redacted], 2014. I called and spoke with [redacted] and [redacted] on several occasions after receiving that notice and told them that I did not ask them to come back for a 2nd treatment, I on the contrary told them that I would inform them when I was ready for a 2nd treatment.

Aside from them claiming to have done a 2nd treatment against my wishes, whoever they claim to have gone to my house to do the 2nd treatment, never consulted with myself or my wife when they were supposedly onsite. My wife is there 24 hours a day and never once saw anyone from Par Green at our house performing the treatment.

I have received numerous calls from Par Green since August and talks have been going nowhere. For this company to just show up at your place of residence and perform work whenever they feel like it against your will and expect compensation for it is absurd. I will never use this company again, nor will I recommend them to anyone else.Desired Settlement: I want this bogus charge purged from my record and no more contact from them whatsoever.

Review: The problem is that I paid 1343.00 up front to this landscaper on my [redacted] charge card over the phone. Jay the salesman assured me that weekly maintenance and spring cleanup was included in the price. This price also included

fertilization and spraying for bugs. The reason he was pushing the upfront charge was because of a 12% discount.

As the season began to occur , I started receiving bills for weekly cleanup. I called office and they told me Jay was in a

serious accident and was out, and that he would contact me soon. I called him several times and finally spoke to him about the discrepency and he denied everything. On a another call I told him that his sprayers burnt my lawn and he was suppose to fix which he never did. The next time I spoke to him he called wanting to charge my [redacted] card again for weekly maintenance, that is when I told him that his crew did not do a good job the previous week and left uncut grass on my patio. I then told him I no longer needed his service and that he should credit me from my 1343.00 balance against the false weekly clean up balance. I no longer wanted any spraying or lawn maintenance. He got irate and I told him I no longer needed his service. Last night I came home and found a bill and note from him threatening a merchandise lean. I do not want this Jay H on my property and will call police if he shows up again. I have all my invoices and [redacted] bill receipts Thank you, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I believe that I have paid them 1343.00 upfront for services that were less than average. I want them to leave me alone

and know that I believe they have been deceptive in their business parctices

Review: we keep receiving harrassing calls from this company every month since dec 2015 and bills for a job that not only did we not authorize,but we didnt know they claimed to have come on their own on my property to do.now michael and jay are calling threatening me with a lien on a house for a job they were never hired to do since I just purchased the house in the fall of sept and didnt move n right away.i've seem numerous complaints online showing this company doing this scam to othersDesired Settlement: stop the harrassing threats and calls,im not paying for something I didnt authorize to be done let alone hire them to do any type of work.dimiss the bills in the amount of $92.33 .remove me from any further contact.do not come onto my property

This company had me pay for services (outside insect control) the year before, and did not complete the paid in full contract of scheduled sprayings. Numerous calls and even speaking to the owner were ignored. He even called asking if we wanted to extend the contract by adding an additional spraying! I am out $150 for this and do not even think that the other sprayings were done as the property was definitely more buggy this year.
