In response to complaint# [redacted] from [redacted] , I have spoken with Ms [redacted] on January She advised that the house was being taken back from the bank and she did already leave the residenceShe had already paid off the previous delivery and we agreed to pick up the full tank and credit off the last deliveryThe tanks were picked up and the account has since been terminated in our systemIf there is anything else we can do to assist, please reply or call me directly Sincerely, Grace ***Customer Service

Hi- This is an email to answer your message. The company did issue a check for $which is less than I asked for, but will suffice. That was received two days ago. Thanks for helping on this matter

We are writing in response to a claim filed by ***
***I first off would like to address the claim of our company’s customer
service manager Mohammad not speaking to Mr***’s wife because “she is
female”At Paraco Gas we work diligently to uphold our privacy policy in order
to
protect the account holderWe will not give information out to someone
unless they are authorized on the account or added to the accountWe apologize
for any inconvenience but our intentions are solely to protect the account
holder.Mr*** is on a prepay basis which requires him to call
in his request for deliveries and pay over the phoneWe rely on our customers
to call us prior to running out of
gas30% is the ideal time to call in order to avoid the inconvenience of
someone or older having to be home for a mandatory leak test as per National
Fuel CodeOur standard turnaround time for delivery is within 3-business
days. Mr*** called in out of gas Thursday 3/24/and we were
in fact able to accommodate him much quicker than average as we delivered to
him the following day Friday 03/The tank unfortunately was locked out upon
delivery since the driver believed he was unable to perform the leak test. We posted a $courtesy credit to the
customer account for his frustrationsOn Saturday 03/26/we coordinated a
driver back to Mr***’s residence to resume his gas serviceAt this time
the tank has been delivered to (partially filled at the customer’s request) and service is resumed

that this was not communicatedThe Service Department did do the safety check on February 1and set a temporary tank which only holds gallons, so they would be able to do the pressure test The Dispatch Department did also top off the tank later with gallons. We have picked up the temporary tank which did have gallons in itWe then replaced the gallons to the 420# tank on the premises and we will be issuing a refund for her balance which is $Ms*** should be receiving the check shortly.
