Paraco Gas

Review: A propane tank had to be moved 5 feet away from where it was originally placed by them because it was too close to the dryer vent. They have been delivering gas there for over 7 years. They wanted to charge us 455.08 to move what they and the company they took over had placed there. After much discussion with their manager we came to an agreement that would only be charged for parts which came to 152.07. Their service man came and moved the tank and issued us the bill which we signed and payed for on our chase visa card. We have another visa card on file with paraco for gas delivery only. On October [redacted] that visa card was charged the full original amount with no prior authorization. We have called daily . We have been put on hold for 30 minutes each time and then transferred to a voicemail stating we will be called back. We have called everyday since Oct * to no avail. We don't feel we should be paying anything at all since they installed it there and have been delivering gas to it for over 20 years but in good faith we agreed to paying for parts.Desired Settlement: A full refund please.

Do NOT use this company. They rip you off and their customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Spent three weeks waiting for a refund that only came after I got very angry! Transferred and hung up on many times after they came to my new home and tried to rip me off for bogus safety violations. Do yourself a HUGE favor and steer clear of this sub-par company.
