I am rejecting this response because: This is incorrect they messed up our days that we would be thereI booked a room for 6/25-6/and got a room number for Saturday to Sunday but they put me down for 5/25-5/which Wednesday to Thursday which I never would of done because I work Monday thru FridayI asked if I there was confirmation number or anything they said no they do not give out confirmation numbers [redacted] said the room was booked and they took my card numberSo I called days before I 6/to verify the room would be available and they told me no I had no roomThen they looked up the name and saw that they put me down for the wrong date and charged me which I had no clue until they told me because it was on my credit cardI have call marina there multiple times and she says they are working on it every time I have called and it's been a month and nothing has been doneBut keeps telling me that it will not be a problem to refund the money they are just trying to submit the paper workNothing has been done so I had to take matters into my own handsSo I had to contact my bank to get them to dispute the chargeAnd now they are saying it was my fault for not showing up these people are crooks and they should be investigatedThey do not know how to run a businessAlso not to mention they never once said anything about charging my card if I didn't show up

HE WAS A NO SHOW, WE CHARGED HIS CARD FOR OF HIS RESERVATION (NOT THE FULL AMOUNT) WHICH WAS IF HE THINKS THIS IS INCORRECT, IF HE CAN SHOW PROOF WE ARE WRONG WE WILL REFUND HIS AS SOON AS WE SEE IT

I am rejecting this response because:As I mentioned in the complaint, the business is not being reasonableI held the reservation for a total of TWO minutesThey cannot realistically complain that I inconvenienced their business in any wayThis is just them being greedy and I will not accept that and I don't think any potential future customers should have to deal with this kind of toxic business behavior

we didn't charge her card, I email to her again and again and if she has any proof show that we charged her credit card, my *** ** *** merchant services will be charge back for her first, thank you!

We have addressed the issues, as mentioned before we do not want to refund the 100.00, as we have not done anything wrong. Again, I never got a call from him until 7/17.  When he called he did not want to talk to me he wanted to talk to [redacted] but [redacted] did not understand the situation. Thank youParadice Motel

I booked a room for 6/25-6/26 and got a room number 31 for Saturday to Sunday but they put me down for 5/25-5/26 which Wednesday to Thursday which I never would of done because I work Monday thru Friday. So I called 3 days before I 6/25 to verify the room would be available and they told me no I had no room.
