I returned the manual treadmill via FEDEX on 07/26/and I still have not received my refundI was told it would take weeks and it is past that
I have left messages at their toll free telephone number and nobody has returned my callsWhen I email their service dept I only get back info as if they do not have a record of me returning the treadmillI know they have record of that because I tracked the delivery to them by FEDEX on FEDEX websiteIt said they got it 07/26/at 10am

On 2/16, I sent a 5-page fax with the required information asked for, such as the Parts Request Form, date of purchase, purchase price, order number and method of payment, to try to get a price for a part I needed replaced on my elliptical machineThe form says in bold letters "ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED IN BUSINESS DAYS"Since I hadn't received any response via e-mail or phone that week, I decided to call them on 2/& 2/in the morning to inquire if my fax was receivedI got a VM from both customer service and parts departments saying no one was available to take my callI left a response with customer service, but don't understand why no one would be available? I waited and received no call back or e-mail either dayI have been checking my e-mails and haven't seen any response
I purchased an Exerpeutic Aero Elliptical, Model 1301, from walmart.com on 5/24/Serial # XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXI am requesting a price for a new 5.5" chain pulley with crank (Part # 025)I would li

I received a treadmill new as a gift but it has never workedI contacted the company my phone and email multiple times before they ever responded and when they did finally respond they send parts that didn't fix itI tried again and was told if I can't produce the purchase agreement (again this was a gift) then I was SOLI am very unhappy and now have an broken treadmill sitting in my living room that has never been used

I purchased their Exerpeutic recumbent stationary bike at Walmart (NOT a cheap unit!) over years ago and it started making a thumping noise when I peddled, so my husband, who is a mechanic, took it apart a couple of weeks ago and figured out what parts needed replacing...one of the bearings and the sleeve it rides inI got online and found out it's made by Paradigm Health & Wellness, and they had an online Parts List Form that I filled out and sent inHow much easier could it be? Unfortunately, the bike was out of warranty, so I asked them to email me to let me know how much the cost would be before they sent the partsWell, two weeks passed and I heard nothing, so I filled the form out again with a note saying this was the second time I was requesting these parts so please don't send duplicates, but to please call me with the cost since it was out of warrantyWell my phone rang shortly after but I unable to answer it so later I listened to the voice mailIt was from Paradigm! The customer service guy apologized up and down and said they apparently didn't receive my first request...at lease he couldn't find it, to which I thought, yeah right! Then he continued to say they don't send out those particular parts to customers, only repair shops, and I thought, oh of course! At that point I expected he was going to recommend a repair shop, however, he went on to say they were instead sending me a A WHOLE NEW FRAME WITH A NEW PEDDLE UNIT ATTACHED and to expect an email with the tracking number on it when it was shipped, which would be in a day or two! I got that email the next morning! WOW!!! There are still some companies out there who stand behind their product and care about their customer!! I was blown away!!! Hats off, thumbs up, and a shout-out to Paradigm Health & Wellness!! FedEx delivered the unit yesterday!! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU !!!

I purchased a IronMan Power Cage with Lat Pull-Down attachment and it was missing box oneThey have not been willing to warranty the brand new item
I purchased the unit from Overstock.comWhen arriving home I began to open one of the boxes and discovered that not everything was presentI contacted overstock who said they did not have the item and I would need to contact Paradigm for a warranty replacement of the correct partsAt first they were semi-responsiveI registered the product successfully on their websiteI provided them with a proof of purchase receipt, the serial number and photos of the parts I had as well as a detailed list of parts neededWhen they responded they said that it would not be covered under warranty and that I would need to pay for the partsThe parts totaled more than half the retail price of the power cageI wrote to the "manager" Ray Padilla stating that I did not understand why they wouldn't warranty the productHe seemed to provide justificati

This is the second time I have ordered parts from Paradigm, and am completely satisfied with their customer service ! The part arrived in days from the day I emailed themAm also impressed with their followup emailAm giving them stars !

I purchased an Elliptical for my daughter for ChristmasWhen we set up the machine, it was discovered that it was missing both the left and right HandrailsI emailed both Walmart (where it was purchased) and Paradigm about the missing piecesAfter providing proof of purchase to Paradigm, they mailed out hand rails The Hand Rails sent did not fit the machine as the pieces were mismatched I emailed them again and provided pictures of the mismatched pieces and machine to them as requested I have since emailed both Walmart and Paradigm regarding mismatched pieces, with no response And I have an Elliptical machine that my daughter has been unable to use I can forward you copies of correspondence if that would be helpful to you

Throughout the course of this ongoing ordeal I initailly spoke with a woman (I believe her name was christine, who said she would have her boss investigate) This was a week after I first submitted my issue to ParadigmA man going by Alex then took my caseAfter a few conversations, he stopped respondingWhen I wrote back to complain, I was informed that Alex no longer works there a

I am extremely disappointed in Paradigm Health and Wellness I have tried to contact the company on three occasions and have been unsuccessful in getting a satisfactory response I e-mailed and simply got an automated reply, and I tried calling and was disconnected different times when I tried to reach the parts department after being told that they could not take my call I was calling during service hours I than tried to website for the parts and found two different A/C adaptors for the Exerpeutic Bike Neither one had a description so I did not know which one I needed, but it was clearly stated that parts are final purchases and there are no returns or exchanges!
I tried the live chat, typed in my info and received a message that I could not be helped at this time WOW! I tried again, retyped my info and got a representative that could have cared less about what I needed I was told "Try WalMart or Best Buy" Seriously, is this how you provide customer service I never did get an adequate response
It's been over a week, and the only e-mail responses I have received were automated As far as I am concerned, your customer service does not exist

the company first sent me the wrong item.it was supposed to be a treadmill.they sent an inversion table.I had to send it back.than they sent me the item I had purchased thru walmart.I returned it,along with the receipt from walmart.they keep saying they didn't get the receipt.I could not obtain another receipt from walmart.the treadmill cost $199.oo plus tax.they only want to return $142.ooi don't think thats right
Product_Or_Service: fitness reality magnetic treadmill

My sister ordered my father a Paradigm recumbant bike for Christmas My year olf father unboxed it and his step son put it together later We found that it was missing the computer monitor My father called and left a message I emailed and they advertise that they will get back to you within to hours They emailed me within hours I have followed up on the email but since I've heard nothing from them and now its been days I would give them a D for customer follow up Looks like a good machine but incomplete

The treadmill was sent back to Paradigm Health & Wellness and the treadmill should have had a year warrantyAn Exerpeutic Tread Mill TFpurchased on November 10, and it was defective However, Paradigm Health & Wellness said that it was not their issue
First they said they would fix it only to find out that they were sending back the defective treadmill They would not honor the warranty They stated I would have to contact Infiltrade 3rd Party at *** When we called Infiltrade they found it odd that Paradigm Health & Wellness would not replace the treadmill and that they, Infiltrade was not responsible for the defective treadmill

My exercise bike is only about a year oldI tried again today to connect it to their app (MyCloudFitness) and was unable to connect itThey have apps available and I tried each one of them and none of them workedThe reason this is an issue is that the bike clearly shows it is compatible with the app and they list others on the app however not the model I haveMy bike is a Fitness Reality X-Class Recumbent Exercise BikeI tried once before when this bike was new to connect it to the app and failed then tooI had some health issues since then and was unable to use it so it wasn't something that concerned me until today when I went to try again and it STILL didn't work
I find this to be a blatant form of ADVERTISEMENT as the manufacturer of the bike is Fitness Reality and the maker of the app is MyCloudFitness which both have the same parent company of Paradigm Health & Wellness Inc
