Easy step by step assembly instructions

My product malfunctioned and is still under manufacturer warrantyI have called and emailed dozens of times to no avail I purchased an eliiptical machine through amazon.com from paradigm health and wellness (exerpeutic model)Purchase date was Jan 20, I assembled the unit and shortly after assembly I noticed a loud knocking sound and skipping motion from inside the wheel assemblyI have tried to alleviate this issue with Paradigm over the course of many weeks and have gotten nowhereI called all listed customer service numbers [redacted] XXX-XXX-XXXX) as well as sent dozens of emails Throughout the course of this ongoing ordeal I initailly spoke with a woman (I believe her name was christine, who said she would have her boss investigate) This was a week after I first submitted my issue to ParadigmA man going by Alex then took my caseAfter a few conversations, he stopped respondingWhen I wrote back to complain, I was informed that Alex no longer works there a

My exercise bike is only about a year oldI tried again today to connect it to their app (MyCloudFitness) and was unable to connect itThey have apps available and I tried each one of them and none of them workedThe reason this is an issue is that the bike clearly shows it is compatible with the app and they list others on the app however not the model I haveMy bike is a Fitness Reality X-Class Recumbent Exercise BikeI tried once before when this bike was new to connect it to the app and failed then tooI had some health issues since then and was unable to use it so it wasn't something that concerned me until today when I went to try again and it STILL didn't work I find this to be a blatant form of ADVERTISEMENT as the manufacturer of the bike is Fitness Reality and the maker of the app is MyCloudFitness which both have the same parent company of Paradigm Health & Wellness Inc

Elliptical missing Arms upon deliveryReplacement arms were sent but do not fitCompany not responded since that time I purchased an Elliptical for my daughter for ChristmasWhen we set up the machine, it was discovered that it was missing both the left and right HandrailsI emailed both Walmart (where it was purchased) and Paradigm about the missing piecesAfter providing proof of purchase to Paradigm, they mailed out hand rails The Hand Rails sent did not fit the machine as the pieces were mismatched I emailed them again and provided pictures of the mismatched pieces and machine to them as requested I have since emailed both Walmart and Paradigm regarding mismatched pieces, with no response And I have an Elliptical machine that my daughter has been unable to use I can forward you copies of correspondence if that would be helpful to you I appreciate any help you can give methis has gone on for over one month and is not acceptable

Broken elliptical, want a refund I bought an air elliptical from walmart.com in late september of 2015, just began using it on May of this year (2016)As I was working out the bolts in almost the entire machine came lose and were falling out, pedel fell off while I was on the machine and I got injured on my inner legI called and spoke to a gentlemen on may 16th who put me on hold and then hung up on meHe said he was trying to figure out what to do since so many of the pieces on my machine were breakingI have called back multiple times a day for the last few days and the customer service messge says "no one is available to take your callI sent an email detailing the problems on May 10th and still havent recieved a responseMy elliptical serial number which I gave to the gentlemen right before he hung up on me is (XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX)

[redacted] would show that Defendant Paradigm Health and Wellness engaged in certain false, misleading and deceptive acts, practices and/or omissions actionable under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices - Consumer Protection Act (Texas Business and Commerce Code, Chapter 17.41, et seq The treadmill was sent back to Paradigm Health & Wellness and the treadmill should have had a year warrantyAn Exerpeutic Tread Mill TFpurchased on November 10, and it was defective However, Paradigm Health & Wellness said that it was not their issue First they said they would fix it only to find out that they were sending back the defective treadmill They would not honor the warranty They stated I would have to contact Infiltrade 3rd Party at [redacted] When we called Infiltrade they found it odd that Paradigm Health & Wellness would not replace the treadmill and that they, Infiltrade was not responsible for the defective treadmill __________________________________

I am extremely disappointed in Paradigm Health and Wellness I have tried to contact the company on three occasions and have been unsuccessful in getting a satisfactory response I e-mailed and simply got an automated reply, and I tried calling and was disconnected different times when I tried to reach the parts department after being told that they could not take my call I was calling during service hours I than tried to website for the parts and found two different A/C adaptors for the Exerpeutic Bike Neither one had a description so I did not know which one I needed, but it was clearly stated that parts are final purchases and there are no returns or exchanges! I tried the live chat, typed in my info and received a message that I could not be helped at this time WOW! I tried again, retyped my info and got a representative that could have cared less about what I needed I was told "Try WalMart or Best Buy" Seriously, is this how you provide customer service I never did get an adequate response It's been over a week, and the only e-mail responses I have received were automated As far as I am concerned, your customer service does not exist
