I apologize for any inconvenience how ever I spoke to his customer about this matter and called finance company that day to see what was going on and all financing was cancelled customer was refundedAnd rep of these allegations got fired

I am rejecting this response because: when I took the contract to the post office, I was waiting on them to pick up their vacuum and bring my vacuum backYes, I talked to them and told them the same things I told you I want them to bring my vacuum back, wipe my slate clean, and pick up their vacuumI believe they are lying about not receiving the contract Thank you

people that were involved I told them that it was inappropriate that they did not give you any information about the business or of themselves or show you any type of identification as far as the guy that was in your house he is no longer working for us after this incident again I do sincerely apologize for him walking into your home like that with your children home alone if need be please give me a call my direct line is *** *** best regards *** ***

Mrs*** never sent in the cancelation notice to our office like it states to do so on the contract she signed and I spoke with her over the phone and asked why almost months later is she calling to cancel when she had days to cancel and she didn't have a answer for me and then I had
informed her that there was nothing I could do because I did not own the contract the finance company did and she should call them

He did not call within the three day cancellation. Which was clearly stated on the contract he signed and is explained to him before he signs at this point being he contacted us after that. Review: An individual by the name of [redacted] came by my house mid june to sale a kirby vacuum set. Which we were/are not interested in buying or having. He spoke with my husband and advised there would be a 30 day trial period as my husband would not commit to the purchase. Approx between 7-10 the rep was contacted to come pick the equipment up. He continued to advise it would be picked up. The equipment is still sitting in our living room to date. My hisband texted/called, and I even called the corporate headquarters. The final text that took place on 7/6/16 [redacted] told my husband he would appreciate if he would not text his personal phone after hours (the same phone number he provided when he thought he might get a sale) my husband stated he wanted the vacuum picked up and we would like this done without having to take a legal recourse. [redacted] then tild my husband not to text his phone. We've called the Tracy office NO answer ever! We're stuck with this equiptment under false pretenses. We're honest and would like it to be returned however the rep dropped it off with no intention of picking it up. My husband called an alternate number which then advised there is no [redacted] with their company. Based off the serial number on the kirby the headquarters in Ohio confirmed with certainity that it generated from this office. They play a lot of games and then terminate communication so they can find a crooked and sneaky way to try to stick this over priced robot on your tab! PLEASE COME PICK THIS VACUUM UP!!!Desired Settlement: I would like this equiptment picked up as soon as absolutely possible, without any further hassle. And without and hidden tricks or charges.

Review: I bought a Kirby on 9/9/14. I called the representative that sold me the Kirby on 9/10/14 and told him that my husband told me to sent it back. He told me that he would come and get it and bring my trade in back to me. He informed me ti take the paperwork to the Post Office which I did. I called Kirby in Tracy, CA and asked them if they had received the paperwork on 12/2/2015. One person said they did not receive it and that they person that sold me the Kirby did not work there anymore and that they may or may not have the paperwork.

Because I did not send it Registered Mail. I took it to the Post Office the next day. I asked the Post Office if there was anyway my mail did not go through and they said NO. I don't know what else to do. I asked for my old vacuum and they refused. I don't feel I owe them anything. I am under a contract. But like I said, I mailed the cancellation contract to them the next day. My husband was not pleased, so I took the paperwork to the Post Office at 10:00 am the next day. Please....Can you help me with this? Thank you Desired Settlement: Make good of my request and stop calling me. They have received the cancellation contract, Stop harassing me and give me my vacuum back and come get theirs. CANCEL THE DEBT. NOT MY FAULT AND LEAVE MY CREDIT HISTORY ALONE.

Review: On Feb 16th when I got home from work I was approached by a door to door sales man as I got out of my car. I told him I was not interested. He walked off. When I got in the house my kids 17 and 13 run up to me saying "mom this weird thing just happened. This sales guy just walked in the house when we opened the door." So I ran outside and confronted the guy asking "what the hell are you doing going into someone's house with only minors home?"I then began asking for his identification. He said he had none. Our city requires all solicitors to wear an identification badge, he did not have that either. I asked for his name. He refused to give it to me. I asked for his supervisor and the company name he refused to give it to me but said he could call his supervisor. I grabbed the flyer out of his hand and took an picture of it. I told the supervisor to come to where we were. Someone came. Named [redacted]. He refused to give me his last name and did not have any business cards or a business license on him. He did give me some sort of number [redacted]. But still refused to give me any information I was asking for the business. He also gave me a phone #[redacted] SUPPOSEDLY TO THE MANAGER [redacted], yet [redacted] again refused to give me any other details. I asked what is he going to do about this, he said he is dealing with it, and told the guy that he is not to talk to minors.and said it won't happen again, but for me to cut him a break because it is only the kids 1st day on the job.I asked to see their script they read and I told [redacted] they better ensure that they train their employees not to even think about entering someone's home without being granted explicit permissionDesired Settlement: I did not want them conducting business in Manteca without the proper approved city credentials. Business license needs to be available upon request, as well as employee ID. They are not to solicit business on [redacted].

Review: I signed a contract on 12/27/15.un aware f the cancellation deadline which was only 3 days.on the 4th day I attempted to call to cancel due to a new financial hardship. Lost job.I didn't get a hold of anyone for two weeks calling everyday leaving voicemails.I spoke with management explained my situation they set an appointment to pick up product1/16/16.they didn't show up on the agreed date I called the following business day 1/18/16 spoke to administration I explained who I was and situation and the dates they agreed for my fiance to drop off product and write a cancellation letter. When she got there they refused to take back the product and said there was nothing that could be done they were very disrespectful and rude towards my fiance. After confirming everything on the phone she drove out to tracy from lodi 1 hour drive to get this response. They are very unprofessional all I want is to terminate the contract for credit score purposes and return there product but they are refusing to do so. I explained to them that I am trying not to be delinquent and be honest about why I wont be able to pay for this product and they dont care what I have to say. I would like to resolve this matter as fast as possible I even offered for them to keep the down payment I gave at the signing and still they wont take it back.Desired Settlement: To terminate contract and for distributor to take their product back with no mark on my credit score

Review: I had previously left a brief customer review for this matter, but I now have more time available to me to write a full complaint. I bought a vacuum from this company in June 2015 and I cancelled my purchase within the agreed-upon 72-hour cancellation window I was given. The company had sent a courteous salesman the first time, but when I cancelled the purchase, they sent in a separate salesman that made multiple derogatory remarks about how I "am such a [redacted]" and when I wouldn't change my mind on the cancellation stating "you really are a [redacted], aren't ya?" He also made multiple comments against homosexuals as the original salesman was apparently homosexual (I didn't know, nor care, during my interactions with him.) He made comments such as "that [redacted] didn't explain [redacted] to you!" and "I'm a Christian, and I love everybody, but these gay guys don't know [redacted]." As I am a Christian from a Jewish family, those last few remarks really got under my skin, but I kept on a smile and continued to kindly state that I simply couldn't afford the vacuum and would like to proceed with the cancellation. He made all of his obscene comments, such as the quotes listed above as well as multiple comments about how I needed to get this vacuum if I cared about my children, in front of my 6-year old daughter and my wife as they were eating dinner when he arrived. He finally accepted my cancellation after 2 hours of insulting me and making further offers, but the company still did not cancel the payment plan they had put me on and they have now charged me $214.94. They haven't returned my phone calls, but they did respond to my aforementioned customer review on Revdex.com.org and stated that they've cancelled all future charges. They have not made any remarks in regards to the amount previously collected and I do not see anything in regards to refunding the fraudulently charged $214.94. I'm writing here in hopes that I will get my money back and that others may become aware of their actions.Desired Settlement: Refund in the amount of $214.94 for charges made in error, as well as an additional $70 for a trade-in from my previous vacuum that they did not return to me. The total would be $284.94.
