This letter is in response
to Revdex.com case # 10648017. We have received a letter stating the customer has
filed a complaint in regards to our reference number [redacted] on a 2007 Chevy
Impala.  We agree that the problem
occurred on the 1th of June 2015 at 10:56AM over the phone.
 
The customer Acqueline
[redacted] called previously on 21st of May 2015 and spoke with an associate
of ours. She was advised of the small personal property fee in the amount of
$65. She refused to pay and was advised to contact her lien holder to see if
they would allow us to bill them directly. There has been no response from the
lien holder and we received release instructions to have this unit moved to an
authorized auction on 27th May 2015. The customer called again and
pleaded with upper management to have this waived, however we are unable to
extend this offer. We are required by state law to process a condition report, detailed
itemized inventory list and pictures. After that the yard associate is required
to bag all items, label and store in a secured facility on our property. The

In conclusion, we have
provided all the necessary information to the customer and lien holder. The
