I am rejecting this response because:The statement made on Paradigm Managements behalf is not accurateManagement did not contact me until I filed a complaint with Revdex.com two weeks after having moved outA front desk clerk was fully aware of the incident involving the cart and video footage will clearly demonstrate this interactionUnfortunately, the person who entered my apartment lied about her identityAs a result, her identity has not been verified and the police are investigating this matter furtherWhen *** finally contacted me I notified them that due to the inconvenience this situation has caused me I did not have access to proper communications and that due to my seeking legal representation, they would hear from my attorney*** and Paradigm Management have handled and continue to handle this situation very poorly.

This letter is in response to the complaint submitted September 19, 2016, Revdex.com ID #*** by a resident of apartment *** at the *** *** Apartments located at *** *** ***, Alexandria, VA ***.The management office received an email from the resident at 1:am on Saturday,
September 10, regarding an incident occurred earlier in the morning around 12:amAccording to the resident, the front desk attendant covering the shift on Friday, September 9, through a temporary staffing agency, entered her apartment and claimed that she was investigating a noise complaint from a neighboring residentThe front desk attendant told her that she had knocked on the door first, but no one answered so she entered the unit.The leasing consultant working in the office on September 10" immediately contacted the resident upon seeing the emailShe gave the details of the incident to the leasing consultant which was conveyed to the property manager that day and subsequently on Monday, September 12"The property manager immediately contacted the temporary staffing agency and terminated the staff from the property.*** *** has a procedure in place to handle noise complaints, which is consistently reviewed with staff including the staff from the temporary staffing agencyWe understand how the incident may have upset her and, therefore took immediate steps to remedy her concern by terminating the staff from the propertyUnfortunately, the front desk attendant used poor judgment in entering her apartment late at night.In reference to the incident involving a guest and the cart, the management office nor the front desk staff are aware of any incidentThis was not brought to our attention by her until this complaint was filedThis resident has lived at *** *** since May On August 23, she provided a notice to vacate stating that she could not afford the rentShe moved out on September 22, 2016. It is surprising that she filed this complaint, especially since there have not been any major issues during her residency at *** ***She even highlighted in her notice to vacate, how great it has been living at *** *** and thanked us for our help throughout the past six yearsFurthermore, I have attempted twice to speak with herThe first time she stated that she would call back, but has not done so and the second time a message was left and she has not returned the callGiven the circumstances that day, we do not believe any reimbursement of rent is warranted Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further questionsI can be reached at ###-###-#### or ***@paradigmcos.com.Thank you,Troy W*** Property Manager *** *** Apartments
